    Can't fault Jamaica or the Jaimacan people. Would definitely go back but not to this hotel. Everything was looking very tired, rooms were clean and staff worked hard with what little they had. Beach towels were scraps of material and stained. Food very basic and little choice

    Good but lacked a few things….

    The staff at the restaurant were incredible; so friendly and efficient and worked hard to ensure our meals were enjoyed. The food was perhaps in the top three of hotel food I’ve had. The fish dishes were top notch. Desserts lacked. The rooms are very clean. The view is beautiful as is the infinity pool. The bar has a great list of drinks for the all inclusive plan but one of the bartenders was very curt and unfriendly. The bad….our room on the second day didn’t get cleaned even thought we ensured the sign asking for cleaning was on the door. We had no towels or face cloths for showers. There was also no phone to call the front desk, so it meant for everything we needed we had to go in person. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, which I’d never seen before at any hotel. There was no hair dryer, no iron, no fridge and no coffee maker which was very annoying. The stairs from our room to the main deck was badly lit at night and should have more lighting for safety. I would stay again but would certainly appreciate the finer details to be addressed.

    Vibrant, relaxed, sunny & friendly Jamica!

    The staff, accommodations & ocean views were absolutely amazing! The food is delicious, and their selection is great. I have to mention all the staff were truly accommodating and very friendly and courteous, ya man! I would stay there again and would recommend this resort to anyone. Keep up the great work and one love! Peter

    Friendly & Welcoming hotel felt like home

    We enjoyed our stay/holiday here. It certainly is welcoming, friendly and all staff are credit to the hotel. In particular Tina & Marcia in bar. Kenry, Chantelle & Kim in Restaurant. Doris & Daniel the chefs. The 2 maids (I forgot names) who kept room clean.

    A home away from home

    Samsara always makes itself feel like home to me. It's amazing staff treat you like one of their own. Warm, welcoming, and always a good time. By day two they will have your omelette and drink order memorized. It just doesn't feel like any other hotel.
