Jan 07, 2025Food makes all-inclusive not worth it.
The staff was friendly. The food is TERRIBLE like inedible. And let me just say that we are NOT foodies. We are happy with McDonalds and a nice steak house. Honestly though, the food, the drinks, all of the restaurants were awful food. Also, the drinks were not great, I honestly don’t know what made it all so bad?! We ended up ordering Uber Eats from some local restaurants just to have good Mexican food. Also the towel policy is stupid, been to many other all inclusive in MX and never had to check in towels and got basically 1 per family member. No poolside food service was also weird.

Awesome. Beautiful. Fun & exciting. Relaxing. Refreshing. The views, oh the views - phenomenal! Let me not forget the buildings. They have special, beautiful character! Something for everyone! The food was delicious with plentiful options, availability, and access. My husband is seeking to plan a huge family trip.

Fantastic Vacation
Had a fantastic time with a group of friends, the service and staff were exceptional. Lots of great restaurants to choose from and the buffet didn’t disappoint with a large variety of food options. Will be back

Enjoyable
It was great and I enjoyed what felt like so many choices of food and drinks along with the fun trips made it very memorable. And their service was phenomenal and showing them appreciation for their hard work goes a long way.

Great place and a great vacation!
The resort was very clean! Staff were excellent! We enjoyed our trip. My only “complaint” is that I wish the restaurants actually took reservations.
