Carlos and Nando my favorite trip. So fun. They have great energy and we would come back just for them. This resort is the best we have ever been to and we have been to a lot. Beaches, hospitality,people...you can not go wrong with planet Hollywood. Tolly exceeded our expectations.

Awesome crew at Cancun . They both worked so hard. I'll be back because of them... 🥂🍻. The weather and fun games were so amazing.. always a party good vibe. volleyball game was epic and so funny . You must go planet Hollywood and party hard. Everyone is so friendly and always a foam party and cabanasa are amazing..servers are off the charts

Sun shine
They were engaging and the entertainment was amazing Nando and Carlos told me how much they love their job. The bar service was top notch and the pool service for food was amazing . The beach bar talked to me about the iguanas and the safety. They served us shots upon request and ensured the bathrooms were clean

Entertainment Team was awesome. We found the food to be both good, but sometimes lacking. Example, breakfast buffet was cold every morning, including scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages, etc. Braza Grill and Sunset Grill were both excellent. Mexican Buffet night also very good!

Great Vacation at Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun
Overall, we had a great experience. There was an initial mishap with our room allocation beign assigend the wrong number but the Baggage guy was very professional and handled it with aplomb, called in and sorted the mistake. Food at the buffet, Star class pool bar, Star class lounge and various A la carte were delicious. I wished though they had more variety when it came to fruits, but I enjoyed the various meat gill, Omelette, pasta, Taco/Quseadila and fresh seafood (oysters, clams, mussels, Tilapia, prawns and calamari) stations. at the Buffet. My favorite A la carte restaurants were the Brazilian, Mexican and Japanese, my least favorite were Italian, my worst was the Steakhouse (service was atrociously slow and despite remiding our eaiter several times about a speial treat for my wife's birthday, he forgot and was non-charlattant). The Star lass service, especially our Butlers Yomelly and Isaac made out trip very memorable, they were a delight to work with, took care of all our needs. Yomelly took extra time and energy to decorate our room to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. He also solved an issue with mmishap with booking the change room after we'd checked out, when we needed to clean up just before our airport transfer bus showed up later in the evening. I find the Gym for the star class to be small, not much equipment and could use more forceful AC, The beach was another highlight, very clean, no seaweeds at all, clear water , the only thing be mindful for is the water is choppy and currents very strong. The foam parties at the adult pool were a blast, the party organizers sure know how to work up the crowd, the atmoshere were very lively there. The star class pool was not as enjoyable for me as there were families with teens, and young kids screaming and spalshing water all around. I think planet hollywood should create a separate quiet pool for adult with class, no loud music blaring all the time for those that seel soem solitude. Overall service were a hit and miss, and inconsistent. Our building (building 11) concierge were pleasant and helpful, our check-in experience felt rushed, the bar helpers at the pool and beach were great, always there to ask what drink you need, room service were spotty, mini-fridge guy did a goood jop refreshign our fridge with sodas, and snacks. The Junior Suite was well appointment, with his and hers sinks, nice decor and expansive, bed was very comfortable with top shelf beddings for the King sized bed.
