    Birthday Surprise!!

    Yazmin, Gonzalo, Diego and Lalo surprised my daughter on a pool side for her 18th birthday celebration. It was really sweet thanks you all for the amazing gestures as well as taking such good care of me and my family. Wonderful staff and great experience. Thank you all!

    Great experience at Hard Rock Los Cabos.

    Great first experience. Wonderful friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. Plenty of places to have some quiet time if you get tired of the more active areas. Beautiful sunsets.! We were able to see the whales. We had a wonderful butler. We were given Oscar for the week and he was amazing!!!

    Hard rock Los Cabos

    Nice hotel layout. Friendly staff. Salvador was great in making stay easy. He always made sure everything was available when I needed it. The buffet was nice too. The beach is not safe to use so you are advised not to swim in it. The place is well maintained.

    Salvador made an incredible stay even that much better

    Hard Rock, Cabo exceeded all of our expectations in every way: Food was amazing, drinks were fun and delicious, the location is stunning and most importantly the Rock Club perk of having concierge made our stay - HUGE shout out to Salvador! He was beyond amazing. He helped coordinate our entries stay…everything from room service to tours! I couldn’t recommend the Hard Rock, Cabo more…and ask for Salvador! 😀

    Unforgettable!

    Great stay at our resort, as usual. The entire staff was wonderful but of course a few always stand out. Our butlers, Jonathan and Raul, made this anniversary trip unforgettable. Nothing was ever missing but if it was they made sure that was resolved ASAP. They took care of all dinner, spa and tour reservations and checked on as consistently to make sure everything was running smoothly. If you’re going to Los Cabos and are able to, definitely request them! At the Legendary Pool, Kev and Lalo, always made sure our location was perfect. A little sun but enough shade to keep us comfortable. Our waiter at the Legendary Pool, Omar, always checking on us so we were never missing drinks or food. We even got some dishes that weren’t even on the menu. Kevin at Legendary Member Services made sure we completely understood our contract. After 14 years you think you know it inside and out but there’s always something you can get clarified. We had our anniversary dinner at our other property next door, Nobu. A must do!! Even got to see a whale. We didn’t think we would since it’s so late in the season. This was our first time at this HR but we will be back for sure next year.
