    Fun for the whole family!

    Excellent service, good food, and so many great activities and amenities for all ages. (Our group spanned three generations.) My daughter loved the water park. Daniel at El Patio is an absolute gem! And we saw SO many whales, so if you're looking for a great whale-watching spot in season, this is it! Preferred Club is worth the little bit of extra money.

    Went for a wedding and now going back for an actual vacation….It was that good.

    From the moment my car dropped me off and I was greeted with a glass of champagne, I was smitten. The professional staff, outstanding room perfectly decorated and appointed with every conceivable convenience and even a jacuzzi on my balcony. I’m definitely going back.

    Beautiful Resort

    Another great trip! This was our 3rd trip to Bahai Mita. Two times on the Dreams side and one time on Secrets side. As UVC members, we have access to the skytop rooftop bar on the eighth floor. The service is amazing! Julio took great care of us all week long. (Would love to see the chair cushions return.) Laura and Jorge from the UVC club reached out every day. Laura met us at the carport:). We upgraded our membership and Omar from the UVC sales office was so patient and kind, providing answers to all of our questions. Igor was great too- very knowledgeable. Food and drinks were the best! Food quality is top notch. The resort is clean and very spacious! Can’t wait to return next year!

    Amazing Pool Time with Paty!

    We had a great experience the week we were there, we were particulary blown away by the service by the pool from Paty. She was incredibly kind and more than willing to help us with anything we needed. Every day we were there, she always greeted us so kindly and helped us in the most timely manner we experienced there, and made time to make us feel welcome and all laugh too. She truly was the best and made our stay even better.

    Amazing Resort. Highly Recommended.

    I travelled here with a group of about 30 people. We do a trip like this every year (for about 12 years now). This is the third Dreams resort we have stayed at and everyone agreed it was the best resort yet. The food was amazing. Every restaurant was top notch. I read a few reviews where people complained about the food. I'm not sure what their expectations were, because I've probably stayed at 20 all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica, etc. and I've never had an experience this good. Lots of dining options. Very few requiring reservations and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get into a restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. You can really tell that the people at this resort genuinely enjoy their jobs and want you to have a great vacation. The layout is a bit weird. Sure. I read some reviews where people have complained about this. You'll figure it out in a day or two. You might take the wrong elevator occasionally, but if you're complaining about the layout of your hotel on your vacation, maybe you should just stay home. Vacations might not be for you. The beach isn't ideal for swimming, but it's great for surfing and kayaking. And the quality and quantity of pools more than makes up for any shortcomings at the beach. This is great spot for couples or families. If you're going as a family, don't waste your money on the Preferred rooms. You can't really utilize the Preferred benefits with your kids. If you're going as a couple, I'd recommend the Preferred, which gives you access to some of the nicer adult-only restaurants and private pools.
