I love the staff especially Hilda, Brianna, Nigel, Sunshine and Stacey ohhhhh whow they make you feel at home great professional skills.......love love love.....will be back and recommend to friends and family.....I will be back for my third year wedding anniversary. Will look forward to seeing my girls and guy soon

A really super holiday........
Just back from 12 days in this fabulous hotel, where the staff are exceptional and the food is excellent across all of the restaurants. There are of course a few issues, and sadly reception is the most disappointing experience, but in the same vein the manager and his senior staff solved our issues quickly and with charm; and whilst the beach is not great the hotel staff make huge efforts to ensure it is the best it can be. Thank you so much, Lester for your leadership, Livia for understanding, Rosemary for your patience, Hilda and Shelanne for always finding us the right table, Davidson, Nicholas and Lawrence for keeping us suitably hydrated, Zeph in the galley and Shadrach and Gimal all over the place and especially on the beach – together your pride in your country and your work made our trip.

Lester Scott, Erika, Nadine, Jonathan, Nicole, Allison, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to our needs.
The service and facilities were excellent. Lester Scott, Erika, Clara, Nadine, Jonathan, Nicole, Allison, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to our needs. Groundkeepers, security, housekeepers, and others were all very pleasant and humbly served during our vacation.

The staff was the best including Shrivone and even the General Manager Lester.
The food was spectacular! The service is excellent. The staff is exceptionally friendly including Helda, Alison, Erica, Nichole and Davidson. Thanks to all of them. We will forever remember all the fun we had especially the sunset cruise we.

Resort somewhat outdated. There dosnt seem to be much advantage to being a UVC member. Rooms are in need of repair. Staff is amazing and friendly. Very helpful. The location and views are incredible. Limited food options with Sam food menu offered daily but food was wonderful.
