This is definitely a piece of paradise!! We came for a friend’s wedding. Everything went so well!! The staff are super friendly, the resort is SO beautiful and I got the best sleep ever every night. They have a schedule of activities throughout the day and food and drinks flowing all day. Oh and don’t forget to visit the spa and get there early enough to enjoy all the amenities. You’ll thank me later!

Staff are all outstanding Big thanks to Oscar at the pool Diana the amazing concierge Valeria and Matye dinner service Jaimie and Marcos entertainment staff extraordinary Omar great room cleaning Omar wonderful at the front desk Erik checking on pool guests too Food was fresh and lovely Drinks were so delicious Amstar Fabian recommended a great sunset cruise too Lovely zen very quiet resort!

Apr 12, 2025Doesn’t Measure up to Cabo standard
I stayed at Zoëtry Casa del Mar from April 3–6, 2025, for a wedding, and it was the worst resort experience I’ve had in Cabo. The food was the most significant issue—cold, tasteless, and slow. We regularly waited up to an hour for meals, and when they finally arrived, they were barely edible. The rehearsal dinner was so bad that several of us walked next door to Las Ventanas for a proper meal. Room service was just as bad, and while I had a decent brisket taco one day at Saltwater Restaurant, it still took 45 minutes. Drinks were flowing, but most of us suspected they were watered down. The location was beautiful, the room was clean and spacious, and the grounds were well-kept. But none of that could compensate for the poor service and terrible food. Others familiar with all-inclusive said this was by far their worst experience. There are far better resorts in Cabo with excellent service and food. I’ll never return to Zoëtry and can’t recommend it to anyone.

Great stay with fantastic staff
We were excited to see an old friend of ours, Marcos, from the activity staff, as well as make new friends; Oscar, from the poolside staff, Jaime, from the activity staff, and Alberto and Fabian from the bar. We truly enjoyed our stay and our time with everyone.

BEST TRIP EVER
Amazing service!!! We love everyone here, so sweet and so attentive. Very friendly and takes actual interest in all of their guests. The mixology and cooking class is very worth it. Special shout out to Marcos, Jaime, Alberto, Toni, Fabian, and Oscar. Whether it’s pool side service or the fun activities Marcos and Jaime provide, the trip will be the best!! Thank you guys for everything!
