Good hotel, Excellent Staff
Overall the hotel is a good stay for the price, however where they really shine is the service. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time, and one particular gentleman made our trip very memorable. Andy Wallace was one of the finest servers and people I've had the pleasure of interacting with in the Bahamas, and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. That man is a gem and he was one of the highlights of our trip!

Amazing experience
Just celebrated my birthday there and my experience was AMAZING! The rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was cooked to perfection and the variety was endless. I really enjoyed how they incorporated different foods from different ethnicities to cater to everyone. The buffet had a lot of variety which gave you the opportunity to try different foods. It was my 1st time trying dragon fruit- and it won’t be my last. The resort had a large pool, private beach, hot tub and MANY activities to keep you busy. Whether you want to relax by the pool or beach all day or play games there was something for everyone. They had live performances that displayed their culture which was very enjoyable. One staff member that I won’t forget, I have to shout out- ‘Bullet’. He did an amazing job all around with hosting events and being able to engage with the crowd; overall amazing performer especially the dance performance! The staff at the resort was by far the best I’ve experienced over seas. Really friendly, and accommodating. The views at night by the pier- BEAUTIFUL! So peaceful and there were snooks in the water- GORGEOUS! Overall, I would definitely recommend and would go again. Thank you Warwick for making my birthday special!

Good but could easily be great.
I stayed in the first week of December for 8 nights alongside my wife. We are both in our 50s and well travelled so feel we have “something” to gauge the Warwick against. First of all we had an enjoyable holiday…weather was good, food was in the most good and our room (balcony premium) was good but there are too many inconsistencies that need addressed and for some people these may seem insignificant, for me if you are paying top dollar you expect the service delivery to reflect this. Some days towels left in rooms, some days not. Coffee replaced but no sugar or creamer pack, no teaspoons for your tea or coffee at breakfast ever so end up stirring coffee with end of knife…often knife fork and spoon set for meal had one missing. The a la carte restaurants have set sitting times rather than staggered so you turn up at 730 for your booking and join a queue of maybe twenty others…I can’t understand why from a service perspective you wouldn’t stagger the tables. Abbiocco and Edgewater both enjoyable meals and food was decent. Tings on a Stick was way too salty and perhaps the brand that this venue is trying to achieve needs trimmed a bit as too many regional dishes to perfect eg I ordered Singapore noodles and couldn’t eat them due to the high saltiness, the skewers were cold and not in my opinion marinated simply cooked then some sauce drizzled on top. Eating and drinking off of or out of plastic plates I don’t understand in a resort that has the stars this venue has. Finally the huge volume of single use plastic this venue must go through is huge as takeaway cups are used in the beach bar and frequently in the lobby bar, surely this can be remedied with the same plastic ware that’s in the restaurants. I most likely wouldn’t return, not because I had a bad time but I think there are more places that offer more within the flight time form the UK

Great vibe!
Great resort to visit that is clean Attentive staff that is friendly Delicious food on the buffet with a variety to choose from. There were some great DJ for entertainment, but very little to no participation from the guests. I went December so the weather was perfect. There were no long lines. Great drinks! And if the drinks weren't strong enough, then as for more!
