Not 4 star as it claims

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are in need of updates the bathroom was shabby and had a unpleasant smell, bed sheets not changed. Had to keep asking for towels and the mini bar to be restocked. My daughters bracelet also went missing from our room! Food was not great we ate out a lot. Drinks are weak in the day ask for a shot on the side. The only real positive were the staff, most were extremely friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again,

    Horrible service

Honestly, some of the staff were really nice and appreciative, but bar service were extremely rude and purposefully went out of their way to not serve us. They made us know that we were being “a lot”, even though we were tipping them and being very kind. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless your sober and don’t drink.

Great place for a small scale resort

-Nice and quaint resort -Located on a marina with a piece of a beach. THIS IS NOT BEACHFRONT. You’ll need to travel to Cabbage Beach for that. Get there early because there aren’t many loungers or umbrellas. -Cab from the airport $50 one way. 35 min’s -There’s one bar outside and one inside. -Our studio room was like a hotel room with a bathroom that is super small and a bit outdated. Meaghan at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. She gave us many tips for visiting the island and more. -Staff was very friendly and helpful -Kudos to our housekeeper Michelle Williams for leaving a sweet handwritten welcome note. She kept our room spotless and paid close attention to detail. -5 restaurants: Steak & Seafood - Not Good Japanese Restaurant- Terrible Italian Restaurant- Not Good Outdoor Grill- Great for something quick Buffett- EXCELLENT! I’m a person that can eat anything but I can’t eat food where there’s ZERO flavor. That’s what 3 of the 5 restaurants had in common. Absolutely TERRIBLE. -Gym, Tennis court, ping pong table, giant connect 4, chess and checkers and a pool table on the property were a plus. -The one man band was amazing -Daily activities are fun - Nice Club with a DJ nightly. Unfortunately it’s not highlighted or pumped up during the day or during events occurring prior to switching over, which causes the crowd to leave before the DJ starts playing. -Kendrick at the Buffett was like the energizer bunny. He was always attentive and makes sure that you receive what you need, with the biggest smile ever. -Vantajha, the lifeguard was so engaging and brought us up to date on all the good food onsite and offsite. Try the Konch! Yum -Sheryl, the towel sweetie was the best! She was so engaging and never made us feel weird about asking for towels. -Bullet!!! The Best entertainer. So much fun and engaging. Especially with “Name that Tune”. -If you’re looking for something to do off property, try The Fish Fry. It’s Good food and outside entertainment. Also. The Bearded Clam. Ask for Nya. She’s the best bartender in the area. *VIP: We didn’t realize it was Spring Break and the resort was covered with a ton of 18-22 yr olds. They were cool and well behaved so it didn’t bother us. Just keep in mind that if that’s not the crowd for you, you might want to pick a different time to visit.

    Paradise on Paradise Island

Incredible vacation, beautiful resort and grounds, great food, but the staff made the trip exceptional. Our first trip to the Bahamas, very happy we chose the Warwick. Smaller resort, very personable staff, and they went out of their way to tend to my wife’s food sensitivities. Montez, Shama, Sharette,Garvin, Olecia, Chef Cidney and Chef Milly all went to the next level with excellent service and their warm smiles to help make a great vacation. When we return to the Bahamas we will definitely stay at the Warwick again.

    Warwick for the Win

Perfect vacation at the Warwick. First off the staff is amazing from the first step on property where Frederick welcomed us like we were family to Marvin at the front desk who helped arrange the chef to cook the lobsters we caught and our favorite Nathaniel in the buffet that went above and beyond for us, even made a sack breakfast for us since we were leaving before the buffet opened, the Warwick team are on their game. We were there on spring break and never had a problem finding chairs by the pool or beach or getting tasty beverages. There are 3 restaurants that require reservations but we never had an issue getting a table reserving the day of, although you are able to reserve in advance. There is also little grill by the pool open late and the buffet that mixes it up everyday and was always fresh and tasty. The hotel is the perfect size, everything you need on property. Loved that there were activities everyday, DJ at night, and even a fishing dock where they provide poles, tackle and bait to fish all included. The property is close enough to walk to Atlantis or the docks where a lot of tours take off from. After visiting Atlantis and going on excursions we were so grateful for the peace and relaxation the Warwick offered.
