    Best beach ever!

    My wife and I spent a glorious two weeks at the Viva Wyndham Maya. The people who work there from Rosa at the front desk, Noe & Gerard at the morning buffet & Gabriel at Portofino Restaurant were so gracious & kind. The beach & pool were fantastic. Our room was beautiful & kept clean by our maid every day. They really welcome & take care of you during your stay. They offer many activities throughout the day...Willy, Laura & Hazel were awesome! This was our 4th year there and will be back next year. Paul Consalvo.

    Just ok

    The best part of the trip was that the beds were quite comfortable and the beach was very swimmable and pretty. The food at the buffet was bland and had the same offerings each day. The a la carte restaurants were just so-so. The gnocchi at the Italian restaurant tasted like it came out of a can. Some of the food left me feeling unwell. There was no service for drinks everyone had to line up. The entertainment was ok but the large trapeze on site was never used for a show. Thought that was strange. Overall it was just ok not amazing.

    Enjoyed two great weeks of active beach vacation with the family

    We spent a couple of weeks at the resort around Christmas. Two adults and two kids (ages 8 and 10). We loved almost everything—the sea, food, and activities. Our family’s favorites were the Flying Trapeze and Water Sports. The trapeze team teaches both kids and adults to fly, starting from the absolute basics. Juan and his water sports team offer a variety of options, including kayaks, catamarans, paddleboards, and windsurfing. They prioritize safety and help you learn new skills. Windsurfing was my favorite, but we also enjoyed catamaran sailing with the kids. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this resort to families with children.

    Great time at Viva maya

    Laura and Hazel told us about the best tours and also the best party places. We had an amazing time there with the activities and games. thnks animation staff I enjoyed my stay with my friends, the food and alcohol were excellent too, we should definitely go back

    Amazing March Week!

    We are on our last day at Viva Maya! What a wonderful vacation!!! The grounds are beautifully kept! The staff superb! The front desk folks Allan & Renato great! Hilda our housekeeping excellent!! Dr. Carla, who was a tremendous help, with my partner’s back issue was a God sent!!!! We tried all the a la carte restos - all were excellent!! Buffet - tons of options - nothing missing! The snack bar was great pizza, hot dogs, amazing burgers, salad bar! Bartenders kept those drinks flowing! Waiters at all the restaurants & buffet were amazing & very attentive!! Animation - Wow!! Great energy, great team!! Tons of beach chairs! Pool area was great! Adult pool area was a great to have! Cafe Maya - juices, coffees, smoothies - delicious!! We opted for a private transfer from Kuluba transportation - best choice! Martin was a wonderful driver! We are Club Viva members, so we did have some extra perks! All in all a wonderful trip despite the experience at Dorval airport on Tuesday March 25th which left us missing our 8am flight & having to wait for the 4:45pm flight!
