We love Villa Estancia!
Absolutely love this resort. Our sixth time. Oliver is our favorite in the lobby. All of the staff are tremendously kind and caring. I loved getting to know them. This is a must stay for anyone thinking to come to Cabo. It was such a wonderful vacation!

Best Vacation Ever
We stayed at 1705 Villa La Estancia for a quick 3 day stay and we absolutely LOVED it. The ocean view from the balcony is jaw-dropping and immediately became one of our favorite Air BnBs. The hotel is beautiful and has a Starbucks located directly across the street. The Estancia staff was extremely professional and kind, always ready to grab you another Piña Colada as you lounge by the pool. We ate at La Casona (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and were blown away by the food. The room itself was well furnished and had everything we needed for the night we decided to stay in. Beds were super comfortable and the jacuzzi was great after a long day in the sun. I highly recommend this place, we’ll be coming back.

Relaxing Spring Break
The resort is very nice. The rooms are so spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. The food was very good. I do wish there was 1 more restaurant right on the property or a bar to get a drink before of after dinner. However breakfast and lunch were great. La Casona for dinner was amazing. We ate there one night. We had breakfast there every morning too which was good. We went during spring break in March and the resort did not feel crowded at all. We did have to get chairs very early (6:30am-7am) in the morning to be in the spot we wanted. We are a family of 5 adults so getting 5 chairs was not always easy. If you went down before 8am you had to stay at the chairs until 8am and then you could leave for an hour or so. They were strict with no saving chairs if you were not sitting there. I don't have the name of the woman that took down your room number and number of chairs you were using each morning but she was so sweet and would bring extra towels. The poolside service was amazing. We had Alberto Galvan most of the week and he was fantastic. He never stopped moving and was so fast bringing drinks and food. He was the best. The pool was heated so it was very comfortable. The pool bar was very slow so we just ordered from our server. The grounds are perfect. The sister resorts are nice but we loved La Estancia the best. It was nice to have a coffee shop and grocery store right next door. Overall a great week.

Bottom of the barrel
We stayed for four nights at Villa Estancia. (approximately 4K) I can say that I never wanted a vacation to be over like I wanted this one to end. I don't know where to start. The one bedroom unit was depressing because it was so distasteful in the decor. The staff was so unfriendly. Upon check-in they ask you repeatly to attend a presentation to buy a condo while reviewing a map of the resort. So tacky. They keep uping the compensation (free breakfast, drink etc). Just no. I changed my reservation to a more expensive room and reservations said they would add a second massage. The front desk wouldn't honor it. The beach is awful and constantly harassed by vendors. Pool was so crowded you had to set alarm to go early to reserve a chair. AWFUL. Dont stay here!!!
