fully enjoyed our stay . disappointing that the pool lounges were never available after 6:30 am people were always reserving them house keeping was great . Veronica was the best concierge ever . hope to come back next year . other staff Elizabeth , Alondra , Monse and Bianca , and always clean in the property.

Awesome vacation
Vacation with 4 females and felt very safe and spoiled, good room service, friendly staff, loved zumba and aqua aerobics, met Luis Lopez our concierge, he help with vacation ideas understanding all about the hotel and now he is our friend and we will certainly return soon.

First experience at a Mexico all inclusive leaves us extremely happy!!
This was our first trip to Mexico and we absolutely LOVED IT. Once you get past the time share reps (yes, you can say NO), everything was great, The staff at VDP are amazing (shout out to Javier, German, and Hugo) and here to make your vacation memorable and fantastic. The food was great for being resort food. We would stay again ANY TIME. The a la carte food at the El Patron restaurant was to die for. We opted to eat there twice during our stay and would eat there again any time. Our server, David was fantastic. I had a massage in the spa by Lilli and she was absolutely lovely. The only downfall of this resort is that it is quite old so the rooms aren’t as soundproof as we are used to. A pair of earplugs when sleeping would be suggested. The cleaners are fantastic, Adriana made our room look perfect every day. Access to the beach was so nice and there were always available chairs on the beach for us to enjoy some sand and sun. Nightly entertainment was fantastic and family friendly. We did not bring kids but this is definitely a kid/senior friendly resort and we enjoyed it. There was no one overly drunk or belligerent on the property and we were grateful for the family friendly atmosphere. The girls working La Creperie were always lovely and ready to make you delicious crepes and fancy coffee drinks. The easy access to both ends of the coast was great. An uber ride to the malecon was cheap and easy.

The cleaning are so nice Kaory, Gina , Roger. Alfredo. Belen. Help us We saw whales and it was. A great experience It was just great
