Excellent location exemplary staff including Jaime Claudia Patty Iris and Lucy. Elite concierge Mary Mitzi Edelmira & Gemma Bellman Oswaldo Edwardo Antonio Alberto Alonzo Luis Activity staff Lizabeth Miguel Syed Pool waiters Augustine Miguel Alex Conrado Jorge Hostess @ Trattoria Aylin. Towel ladies for the pool are very nice as well. Aurora at tours desk super energetic lady. Pizzas are excellent bingo & loteria are fun. Theresa is an excellent massage therapist in the spa. Celeste in spa reception deserves a mention also spa attends Nahili & Lily.

i had a great time, fun all around, games were fun, kareoke, volleyball and lots of kids games as well
activities were fun volleyball was great lizebeth miguel saii great great people and fun so many more pool and beach activities, was here for a week and they had many things to do, with live music and kareoke as well, lizebeth was very helping and outgoing, always had a smile on her face

Dream vacation
Lizbeth, Miguel and Said were very welcoming and engaging for daytime activities. Jose did a great job as DJ in the evenings. I did water aerobics, learned Spanish, played bingo, Mexican Loteria, karaoke and enjoyed the beautiful poolside and beach! Muy bien!!!

Jorge pool guy
I am here to review jorge out pool attendant. He came many times asking what we like and what he could bring us. We bonded with him a lot to the point where he gave us happy hour all day. He was always smiling and an amazing server. We are looking forward to seeing him next time we come.

Had a great time
I went with friends to celebrate birthdays. Definitely recommend the spa. Once I sat through the timeshare presentation I was gifted a relaxing spa treatment. I opted to upgrade to the lymphatic massage and Danielle did not disappoint. The whole experience was amazing my only regret was that I only went once. The entire staff was pleasant and accommodating. I booked the second to the last day of my trip and was able to get my massage and also get a manicure and pedicure on the same day. Take advantage of the facilities you will not regret it!
