    Villa experience

    The view is beautiful and the service is great. Eduardo promoter and Jamie at the breakfast buffet are wonderful. They make a great latte as well! The servers are very good at all the other resort restaurants and offer their expertise to give your evening.

    Great resort with great staff

    Amazing place. I went with my wife. This was our third trip to Villa Del Palmar and each time has been awesome. Great food and great drinks but what sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is extremely caring. Every single person works hard and takes care of you. Our favorite was Efraim who works in the breakfast area. He never stops. Always making sure you have everything you need and knows how to help you if youre not sure exactly what to order.

    Beautiful family trip for 4

    Beautiful resort but was disappointed the rooms don’t have a deadbolt or latch to prevent children from opening the door and just leaving. Food was very good and consistent throughout all the restaurants. Beach was nice but last couple days seaweed popped up like crazy. Pools were amazing but the rocks and tiles are sharp. Kids got scraped and cut but nothing serious. Overall a great experience and worth the price we paid. Service was top notch! Our server at Caprichos buffet was Jaime and he went above and beyond to cater to our needs. One son is gluten free and the other lives on berries and Jaime was very accommodating. He made sure to have those items on the table as soon as we sat for breakfast. All-inclusive is definitely worth it and we don’t even drink. It was an extra $750 for a 4 night stay to add to our trip which put us an even 4K for the total vacation. Food can add up quickly a la carte. Would go back but not til kids are older and more obedient. We had fun!

    Villa del Palmar, Perfect place for family and friends!

    Villa del Palmar was magical. We brought our entire family of 12, and this resort met all of our needs. A beautiful room, great food, relaxing spa, beach vibes, but most importantly excellent service! From Angel and Alejandro making sure we had the perfect spot to relax by either the pool or beach to Renan keeping our beverages cold, our stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun was perfect. We re already looking forward to visiting them again.

    This resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly, kind and generous with their hospitality The food was phenomenal The waiter and waitress was always attentive and polite with their jobs I would recommend you to see this resort for yourself
