Wonderful hotel, beautiful suite, attentive, friendly staff from housekeeping to administration to serving staff, great location, nice beach, you were always able to find a quiet area, if you wanted it, particularly enjoyed the catamarans, AC died one night but was immediately repaired once we mentioned it to our butler, overall great experience.

TRS Yucantan Mexico first time
This hotel is amazing so much choice, huge complex, very clean and friendly helpful staff especially our Butler Jorge Abreu, Villa 63 a real credit to the hotel. Plenty of activities and no issues getting a sunbeds. The TRS beach club is amazing all feels very safe and very clean we had a Bali bed which you can arrange a rate on the beach. Spa Staff come in to the beach and offer you much better rates for a massage and facial and you get two days of spa facilities which have a juice bar and baguettes - you won’t want to miss the spa it’s special! Plenty of food choice even the fussiest eater won’t go hungry. Would highly recommend and on the agenda for next year.

Amazing time at TRS!!
We had an amazing stay at TRS. We stayed in villa 65 and had the most amazing butlers Patricia and Jose! They were amazing and tended to all our needs and made our stay so much better. They made all our reservations and booked our activities for us and were always available for any questions we had about the resort. The resort was beautiful and so big, so much to see! 7 days are not enough to experience everything the resort has to offer. The resort was clean and well maintained. We did Bingo and the CHIC show! We tried archery and rifle shooting. It was fun. Entertainment was pretty decent. Zentropia was beautiful. Did an 80 minute massage and enjoyed the spa. Definitely cheaper when you book with the guys in blue shirts at the pool. We enjoyed the different restaurants and did use room service once. We did Helios for breakfast every day except Capriccio once. Both were great. We did use a damp rid bag and it did make a difference and our air conditioning worked great too. We enjoyed the private beach and it was easy to get to. Never had an issue with transportation around the resort. You do need rides a lot since the resort is so big. Must thank everyone at TRS for making our stay memorable! Definitely would go back again for sure!!
