As a returning quest, we love our experience. A special shoutout to Jose Luis, Yeyro, Jose, Dolores, and everyone who works at the TRS poo. Excellent butler service from all with a special thank you to Melky and Nancy.

Relaxing and money well spent
We came on this trip for our anniversary and to relax and we were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful gardens. Although we normally book an ocean view, this was a nice change from the constant noise at a lot of resorts. The service was exceptional. No one hassled us, however, on day 1, we were approached to meet with travellers club sales. This took up almost 3 hours on one of the few sunny days we had. We tried hard to decline, but they kept insisting. I think this needs to improve so that when customers say no, it should be left at that. However, the rep was very kind and well spoken. Dolores from the TRS pool bar was amazing and well mannered. She is attentive and works extremely hard. Also, special thanks to our butler, Rosmilka. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t see her on her last day, her team mates were also quite wonderful. Thank you for making the trip memorable in a great way…despite the weather, we had a fabulous trip

The best hotel ever!
I’ve never seen a resort that was so big!! ALL of the staff were so nice, friendly, accommodating, informative, attentive, just all around AMAZING! Everyone greets you with a smile and always asked if you needed anything. I felt right at home my entire trip! The hotel is beautiful and super clean! There’s something for everyone!! I can’t wait to come back. Definitely 20/10 recommend!!

Definitely worth a visit.
Visited for 10 nights with my wife for our honeymoon and really cannot fault the place. Staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our 2 butlers Sterling and Jean couldn’t help us enough with our needs and dinner arrangements etc. Excellent choice of a La carte restaurants onsite. We basically ate somewhere different every single night. The food quality is also excellent which surprised me, having stayed at other resorts where this is not the case The whole property is massive in size having the 4 hotels combined but it also means there’s always something to do, any time of day or night. Most bars onsite have premium drinks and the bartenders usually don’t have an issue serving a double or triple measure if you ask nicely. The “Secret pool” was definitely the best place to sit and relax during the day. Much quieter and felt a bit more secluded than the main pool area. A couple things I’d like to point out… 1. The shop on site is an absolute rip off, $15 for a bag of lays and $7 for a cigarette lighter among other things…. 2. If one of the “Palladium Travel Club” staff members offer you a nice tour of the property and some lunch at an arranged time - be warned they are trying to sell you a timeshare. We were fortunate enough to have seen this coming and turned it down but having spoken to other guests, it can take up to 5 hours of your day attempting to sell you thousands of dollars worth of holiday days….

TRS in Dominican Republic is a nice situated Resort in Punta Cana. The TRS is part of the Palladium group. It is a large resort with different sections. The resort i very nice with beautiful gardens. The room was satisfactory but needs an upgrade. Every thing was working fine but is a little bit outdated. (This if you compare it with TRS Mexico) . The food is very good and there are a lot of restaurants where you eat. We found the butler service not adding any value to our stay. The most reservation we made ourself. We had the feeling there was a lack of interest to help us. The pools are nice and the best drink you will get in the lobby bar of TRS. If you want to go to breakfast, go to Capricho, the food and service are terrific.
