    This place was a dump. Nothing worked and the rooms smelled like it was cleaned with mildew.

    Messed up out reservation and took 4 hours to check in. Our rooms wifi, A/C, and TV did not work. It smelled so bad i was hard to breath in the room. It was a pungent mildew smell. Im sure I now have it in my lungs. This place is a dump. I would never stay or visit again.

    This place is a dump. It's falling apart. We stayed 12/25-1/2 in their upgraded, ocean view room with VIP, travel club perks. We paid extra for our ceiling to leak, a shower with either no hot water, no cold water or no water at all, and the toilet not to flush. It took them 4 days to stop the leak and 6 days to figure out what was happening with the shower. Thank goodness that with our VIP status we had the spa included so we were able to take showers in the spa. Calls to the front desk and travel club were promptly answered and maintenance crews were dispatched but they really could not do much if anything at all. Upon checkout, I asked to see the manager because I was entitled to receive compensation. I was told the manager was busy, they had me fill out forms and I was told that they take these matters very seriously and that someone would be in-touch. Still waiting for someone to get back. I'm not holding my breath. This place needs to be demolished a rebuilt. Will never visit a TRS ever again!!! On a brighter note, the beach is wonderful!!!

    Another Week of Paradise

    This is our second time at TRS Turquesa and we loved the chill atmosphere! We stayed in the outer buildings and love the quiet time at the pool surrounding the building. The nearby bar is so convenient and the addition of the food truck was perfect. We would suggest a bigger food truck to help speed up service but food was great. Our favourite restaurant this year was La Boheme!. The only suggestion we have is that the lobby entertainment could have more variety. Otherwise a perfect stay.

    Excellent butlers in Melani and Johanna Loved Helios for breakfast lunch and dinner Beach grill was excellent Kusko Tentazione La Bohemme were really good All the staff was friendly and they are continually working to make improvements Very happy and will return again
