    Awesome Resort!

    TRS Turquesa is a bigger resort offering plenty of options for everyone! The people are friendly and the service is excellent!! Recommending this resort to all my family and friends!

    Anniversary Celebration

    Service was excellent. All the personnel were very friendly and professional. The room was a 5 star quality room. The bed was too firm for us, but overall it was great. The location and all the amenities were above average. We love the Chic Cabaret experience. It was a Broadway quality show. That kind of Good. The introduction of the show was slow and needs some improvement. Overall it was great. The food was the only "down" side. The menu needs some improvement as far as temperature and variety. Overall, we have a great anniversary and great experience. I definitely will go again.

    Keeps getting better!

    This was my second stay at TRS Turquesa Punta Cana and I am ready to book a return visit. I cannot find a single complain regarding this experience. The food is wonderful and diverse and the resort has so much to offer. the size of TRS Turquesa is perfect. The proximity of the pool, beach, bars, and food cannot be beat. What makes this resort so inviting is the staff that consistently goes above and beyond. Our butler, Jean, provided an experience that made our hotel suite feel like an extension of our home. Angela at Helios made us feel like local celebrities, greeting us by name and escorting us to an outdoor table before we even had the opportunity to request it. Anyelo and Jose at the pool bar, who’s smiles and enthusiasm never faded, regardless of how busy their day became. Just to name a few! There were so many more.

    Girls Trip Getaway

    Overall we had an amazing time! My friend is a travel club member and the access we had to the exclusive pool and beach area was AMAZING! It was hard leave and use other areas of the property because those areas were perfection. If you can upgrade to utilize those areas please do because then you can’t go back.

    Wife's 60th Birthday celebration

    Excellent experience at TRS with Randy our butler being exceptional as he provided for our dinner reservations and prepared our room for my wife's celebration of her birthday setting it up with balloons a bubble bath and flowers with cake along with champagne. I highly recommend the resort and Randy. The water level in the pool was low and the water pressure in the shower also low with poor cold-water output.
