Lovely peaceful holiday
TRS is a lovely smaller, adults only hotel alongside 3 larger hotels. TRS guests are permitted to use facilities in the other hotels but TRS is exclusive to guests only. Fabulous restaurants which are always available (you have a Butler to do the bookings for you so no using Apps at 6am in the morning to try and get a booking) the Japanese and Asian were amazing. Tranquil surroundings and a gorgeous beach with plenty of sun-loungers and a waitressed bar service. We are not pool people but they looked great again with many sun-loungers and umbrellas. Day trip to Samoe Island is a must for snorkelling. Didn't try the main buffet in the next hotel as it seemed too busy but apparently food was good. Breakfast at TRS is in Helios (the beach restaurant) and was the best start to the day anyone could wish for. Angela you were such joy.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly, maintenance of the room was not good and I faced few issues during my stay which was not expected from a 5 star hotel. The butler, Edward, was very nice and helpful and did his best to address all my requests. Helios restaurant was really beautiful with a spectacular view and had amazing live music.

Great facilities, very average staff
The management is not doing a good job training and overseeing staff. The grounds, pools, beach and facilities are excellent.
