    10/10 service and a stunning resort

    Had 2 weeks at this stunning hotel. Can’t really fault much at all! We had a beautiful loft suite which we upgraded to when we got there with lots of extras including a private romantic meal for two, separate area by the pool with Bali beds, 2 for 1 massage and free spa access, room service included for free (the pizzas were delicious!) 4 bottles of branded spirits of choice, and generally just extra care from start to finish. Our room was cleaned, tidied and restocked with fresh towels and mini bar every day without fail. Sometimes twice a day! We asked for extra water as I was poorly upon arrival and it was there within the hour. We were looked after by 3 amazing butlers, Jesus, Monse & Alfredo. They could not do enough for us. They booked all our meals for us, checked in everyday with an hotel itinerary, just a simple message to let us know they were there if we needed. Never too much. They replied promptly to anything via WhatsApp and were always very helpful. Our bar staff around the pool were brilliant, constantly checking on you for drink top ups and sometimes just bringing them anyway. Tips do go a long way, a good few dollars here and there throughout each day. We were very well cared for by Michael, Andres, Joanna, Alex, Roger, jefferey, Raul, Ferni & Pedro who was at breakfast. All staff from start to finish were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was faultless, if I had to say anything just bigger bins 😄 the water is in glass bottles so you could only fit about 3 in the bin before it was full. Just an observation. Plenty of mirrors, sockets and wardrobe space. Unbelievable restaurants, never had a bad meal. We tried all different types of restaurants, we went over to the Grand Palladium where children are allowed but you didn’t even notice them, you never overpowered by people. Very calm relaxed atmosphere every evening in every restaurant. The decor and care and food was 10/10 everywhere we went. We didn’t eat at the buffet in the evening (if there was one 🤷🏻‍♀️) just A la carte every night, carpricho buffet or Helios for breakfast and lunch. You can order off a menu In the above restaurants if you don’t want buffet. They also had musicians at breakfast several morning which was a nice touch to start the day. Pool was constantly cleaned and nice temperature, pool bar was easy to get served, beach was simply stunning, plenty of beds everywhere (although we are early risers so we did get there early to get the beds we wanted-never had an issue) Towel shack opens at 8am and bar at 10am. Picky things but personal preference. All the plastic cups round the pool were the same shape and size so a gin in a tumbler wasn’t the most enjoyable for me-I have been to resorts where you get cocktails and wine in the correct glasses, albeit plastic. I forgot to take my own which I sometimes do just in case but I didn’t expect them to not have ‘nicer’ plastic cups. Also, I don’t enjoy a cup of water, I prefer a bottle which wasn’t a given by the pool, they were only available at the lobby bar, however, after looking after our waiters/waitresses we do manage to get them but only managed this a week in. I did think for 5* bottle water should be essential all over the complex. Pool food was just ok for me but served a purpose and again, personal preference. My husband enjoyed it.. They also had something fresh cooked everyday by the pool which was a nice touch. The food throughout was plentiful and lots of choice. Golf buggy’s and a boat were a great way to help get you around the resort, especially in the evening, very frequent and a nice touch. Never overly busy anywhere so you didn’t feel rushed or like you weren’t getting served etc. Chic Cabernet was fab and well worth paying for (we got it included with our upgrade) Shop was very expensive-we ran out of toothpaste and it was £9 for a tube of Colgate so don’t forget anything 😂 Everywhere was clean and immaculate and cared for. We couldn’t fault anything if I’m honest, however we both did have sickness and diarrhoea once each whilst there in the 2 weeks. Could have been a bug, food, ice, who knows but we did hear of this a lot whilst there of other people getting poorly. Just something to be aware of. Lots of beautiful touches in this hotel, I would defo recommend and I would go back. Our experience was pretty faultless and the staff made it for us by making us feel special. Thankyou TRS Coral 🪸

    Take me back!

    Just returned home from a week long stay at TRS CORAL. It was absolutely amazing. The service was top notch, the food was excellent, and the property was beautiful!! HUGE shout out to Michael at the pool, I truly felt he made our experience! You can tell he really loves his job and is effortlessly VERY good at it!! Angie and Ivan were our butlers and made all reservations a breeze! I was so thankful for them. We did upgrade to a swim up room and it was a GREAT choice, warm, beautiful and they are always cleaning it. With the upgrade we also did the premium experience and again am very glad we did. I definitely felt like I was treated like luxury. 10/10 would recommend, and would LOVE to go back.

    TRS Coral Hotel Spa

    Rio was an excellent host as we spent our time at the spa. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed while showing us all throughout the different rooms during hydrotherapy. She made our honeymoon spa experience definitely worth it.

    Great spa experience!

    We had a massage and hydro treatments, jacuzzi etc. I had some back tightness and left feeling refreshed and limber. The spa treatment was excellent and the staff were fantastic. Rio who guided us around the massage spa was wonderful!! Thank you.
