    A perfect vacation

    This was my first visit to Mexico, and I think it spoiled all other resorts for me. My butlers Daniela and Mel were SO lovely. They made sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our room at all times, were super quick to respond, and were so friendly and kind. The resort itself is stunning, we mostly kept to the adults only side, but did attend Chic Cabaret on the family side which was one of the highlights (SUCH a great show!). The tequila tasting with Miranda is a must, she was not only informative, but was also hilarious and very entertaining. Michael and Alex were also super kind and helpful making sure we had everything we needed poolside, and with added little touches like making sure our sunglasses were clean really making it an elevated experience. Room service was excellent, as were all the restaurants. We also LOVED having the poolside restaurant which always had great food for lunch. All in all; the staff were amazing, the facilities and beach were beautiful, and the cleanliness unparalleled. I honestly can’t think of a single complaint, or negative part of our experience, it was a wonderful stay and we will absolutely be back. Big thanks and hugs to all of the staff! We look forward to seeing you all again :)

    Great Resort!

    Well Needed Break

    Overall this is a top of the line property. It’s elegant with very clean lines. The staff are all helpful and cater to your needs. The food is excellent, the variety of cuisine is incredible, freshness is excellent. If I were being very picky, a couple of times I would have preferred my food hotter, but certainly not a deal breaker. The beach is stunning.The pools are beautiful and clean. This resort is expensive, as all high end resorts are at this point, so I expect a pretty high standard for this sort of money. So now I’m being picky. Little things in the room that aren’t a big deal, but there was bit of lack of attention to detail. Having to ask for fresh towels, not replacing the coffee and creamer, not cleaning the coffee pot one day, all small things, but nothing a client should have to follow up on. This last item is frustrating. There are smoking stations, but staff do not enforce the smoking or vaping regulations. We saw smoking at the Bali beds, and vaping in the pool. Lastly the purchasing of hookah by the pool is terrible, what sign does that send? It was not only available at the TRS side. It’s a resort that promotes wellness, this is the complete opposite of that. It feels like a money grab. The spa is also vastly overpriced, although beautiful, negotiate.

    Fabulous

    We were treated fabulously by our concierges Naysin and Lisbeth. They answered our questions, gave us advice. Made our reservations and made us feel very special. The resort staff was so nice and attentive. Always with a smile. The entertainment (Chic) was first rate. I loved the sctivities presented but would have liked more. Last visit you had dance lessons…I missed them Re food: I had a great filet at the steakhouse. It was top notch. I also had a ribeye at a different restaurant. Your ribeyes at both restaurants (my friend had a ribeye at both) left a lot to be desired. They are too fat and thin. At the Japanese restaurant our chef was spectacular and funny. The grounds were the most beautiful I have seen at any resort. Our room was beautiful and our stewards kept it tidy. We especially loved the children’s areas (thought we dint have kids) and enjoyed the restaurant on the kids side for breakfast. We loved the kid sized lounge area, TV with cartoons . A nice touch was the candy bar. All in all it was a great stay (The weather was not great but that is not your fault. And it didn’t stop us from enjoying your beautiful resort.

    LOVE

    We stayed on the TRS side. Alex who butlers the pool side was incredible he made our entire trip amazing. Anything we need it he made sure we got it. Fernando by the pool was our favourite server. He was funny and lively. Ivan our from butler was also great. We will be coming back to this resort again and it’s mainly because the staff knew what we needed before we even did. Thank you!
