Highly recommend! This beautiful resort was exceptional. The rooms were spacious. It wasn’t overcrowded. The food was AMAZING! The staff was very personable and professional. The ladies in the coffee chop were a delight. My group of friends and I had so much fun dancing at the sports bar with their DJ Black Perl. I was sad to leave. I will definitely be back.

Resort, staff and events were fun. Maria (our Butler) was attentive, Charlie (entertainment) was awesome and fun to hang out with. Service at the restaurants were somewhat slow, but staff was nice.

Wonderful staff
The staff at this resort are all so friendly, willing to help and truly make you feel they care. They love to see you smiling and having a good time. The beach is the only thing that needs a little love. If you want a beach not your place. The rest is wonderful.

The best
We stayed here to celebrate my best friend's birthday and it was absolutely sensational! Charley was an amazing entertainer. Isaias was available for anything we needed. Transportation was timely and efficient. The rooms were gorgeous. The view was incomparable. We will definitely be back!

My family & I (Mom, Sister & Brother-in-Law) just returned from our stay at TRS and we had an incredible week! I can't tell you how many times my brother-in-law said his stay and the resort was "10 out of 10". This is a huge compliment because my brother-in-law second guesses most decisions (aside from marrying my sister of course lol). We like the size of the resort, it is a bit smaller, which is lovely. It is great not having to fight for chairs beside the pools each day, and there was enough beach beds or umbrellas to go around for everyone to enjoy their pool time! If you are expecting a beach, it is smaller and the nice thing again is that you don't have to fight for chairs or deal with it being on a public beach. It is around a marina so there are boundaries for the swimming area, which was nice because you were then safe from the boats and I found the water to be less choppy and the beach area was always clean. We did hear later in the week that if we were interested in going to a bigger beach, there was a bus that did pick people up - something to know more for if we stayed once again. The food was great! It is mainly menus that you ordered off of, however there is generally an antipasto buffet at dinner in the Italian/Steakhouse restaurants. There is also a buffet at breakfast, but there is also a menu you can order off of or an omelette station in the morning. The Palledium app is often incorrect about what restaurants were open each evening, it suggested three were open, however generally you only received two choices each evening, which your butler shared with you each morning to make your reservations. Even with that, there is a good selection on the menu for you to choose from in terms of meals. The Grill was great at lunch, if you are looking for something quick. Our butler, Stephanie was great, and often checked in with us using WhatsApp, as well as made sure she saw us in-person either at Breakfast or by the pool throughout the day. We had an early pick up for the airport, so she had us send our breakfast orders to her the evening before so we could have in room service a bit earlier the next day before our day of travel. Antonio & Jose, definitely made our trip memorable at meal times and gave us great service! With the staff at times, we did have to ensure that we were both on the same page in terms of language barriers, but it never prevented us enjoying ourselves or ordering food/drink. Thank you again for a marvelous week!
