    Butler was not available

    Butler never answered phone. Eating arrangements were confusing. Wet bar refills were non existent. Pool bar and waitstaff was good just overall not satisfied with service for the amount of money I spent

    Amazing trip

    Everything was great, would definitely come back. Pedro our butler did a great job, staff at the pool bar awesome. Everyone made you feel very welcome.

    I do not recommend

    I was disappointed at how rudely we were treated, how difficult it was to get in touch before travel, how dated the rooms are, and the food was mid. A few staff members were incredible but overall, I would not return.

    Seriously Disappointed

    I had high expectations for this 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. Food: The quality was disappointing. Unless you ordered an omelet or taco, the food was never hot or fresh. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was always cold, which was frustrating. Rooms: The rooms did not meet 5-star standards—they felt more like a 3.5-star experience. Cleanliness was lacking, and housekeeping barely restocked towels, which was inconvenient. Amenities: For an adults-only hotel, I expected more flexibility, yet the pool hours were only from 9 AM to 6 PM, which was a huge letdown. Extra Charges: The most frustrating part was being charged $250 extra per night just to be added to a room that already slept three people. It felt like an unnecessary and excessive charge. Staff: The only highlight was the friendly and professional staff, but unfortunately, their kindness didn’t make up for the overall disappointing experience. For the price, this hotel was not worth it, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
