Zipline is a cable line that goes from a metallic structure (usually towers) from one point to another point. A canopy involves the cable line being anchored to the tree canopy. In the case of the experience of this new amenity it is a mix between both.It is a medium-moderate intensity tour for people aged from 5 years onwards.From the beginning to the end of the experience is designed to last 2 hours. Clients are picked up from the hotel lobby, and the tour takes place in the dry forest at our resort. Just 15 minutes shuttle.Guests must book at the Swiss Travel counter that is enabled in the lobby of the hotel. Or by phone(506) 2654 3512.

Jan 28, 2025Resort was good...Tour Guide Mauricio on the beach was even better!
Resort was beautiful with lots of wildlife around. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good (although reservations booked up fast). Nightlife was spotty (closes pretty early). Beach is pretty and clean. We randomly met Mauricio with AuthenTico tours at the entrance to the beach from the resort. Had a great time with Mauricio! While we were skeptical at first, we looked him up and took the chance to book some things with him. Glad we did! Had an AMAZING sunset cruise booked with him same day (Boat was Zafira Costa Rica - look them up! Amazing food and open bar included in the price). He was able to get us on the boat same day (the Westin's tour company was much more expensive and they didn't have same day availability). He picked us up (4 women) from the resort and took us directly there and picked us up hours later to take us home. We then asked him to take us into Tamarindo the next day. Again, picked us up, walked us around the town, and we even asked him to sit with us at dinner so we could have a great conversation. Definitely reaching out to him next time we're in town! (And his English is REALLY good). Book something with Mauricio and you'll get first class, personalized service. He'll take you anywhere and has connection to do whatever you'd like to do in Costa Rica!

A Magical 30th Anniversary Trip
We just returned from a week at the Westin Reserva Conchal and it was an absolutely amazing experience. It was the the first time my wife and I traveled to Coast Rica and were unsure what to expect. What received was a first rate experience at resort staffed by incredibly gracious, friendly and professional staff. The dining options were great with one stand out evening at Manglar with one of the best servers we have ever experienced, Eli. Throughout the week we interacted with staff, from concierges to cleaning staff. To a person they went out of there way to answer answer any questions we had or meet any of our needs. Victoria at the Westin Club was amazing helping us through out the week (we would honestly return due to her service alone). On our first day we ventured down to the beach and met Erik G in his blue google shirt, an entrepreneur organizing tours, which we book two amazing ventures during our stay. We saw sloths, waterfalls, a coffee plantation, authentic Costa Rican lunch and finished out trip with a catamaran sunset cruise. Absolutely first class and magical. We will definitely be heading back to Coast Rica and 100% will be staying at the Westin Reserva Conchal.

Great place
WONDERFUL! That would be the best word to describe how good our stay at the Westin was, definitely everything is 5 stars, from the treatment we received from the staff, to the food and the activities we do in the hotel. This hotel is a place to relax and have fun at the same time, highly recommended to anyone who is looking for the same plans! We also did the Sloth Encounter with Issys Tours. without a doubt an unforgettable experience and highly recommended too

Wonderful.
Such a nice place. They treated us like gold. The food is far better than anything I have ever had at an all inclusive. Favorites were the Italian and the Asian fusion. Venue but the food was superb across the property. Top shelf drinks and such friendly people. Room was clean and fresh with daily housekeeping and minibar refresh. Room service was on time and the order correct. Golf course is immaculate. The only issue, if there is one at all is the location. It is a long way to do any trips to the National Parks and the traffic on CR route 21 is awful. If you don’t care about leaving, then it’s not an issue as this place will spoil you. I a very nice resort.

Jan 26, 2025Great first experience in Costa Rica!
Westin Reserva Conchal was perfect for our first trip to Costa Rica with extended family. We opted for the Family club level so we had bungalow rooms close to the beach/pool. Adults in our group could use the adult club pool and Faisanella restaurant for breakfast. We enjoyed the Italian and Asian restaurants the most, but we had good meals every evening. It took some time with the concierge to accommodate our group with dinner reservations but all worked out great. Some nights the service was a little slow but that is to be expected sometimes at an all-inclusive. We ordered room service 3 mornings and all was delivered on time and exactly what we ordered. Most days we ordered lunch by the pool from the club area server. The grill by the pool has something different every day so we had variety. The pizza corner also had excellent pizza, and easy to order while lounging by the pool. The beach is public so there are vendors. We found if we walked to the left instead of straight ahead at the beach entrance we could avoid walking through the vendors every time. We had massages at the pink tent on the beach, we picked that one because it is farther down the beach away from the other vendors. Great massage from Nataly! Best part of the trip was booking excursions through Erik G on the beach. You’ll see him with a blue shirt and hat with his name on it. We told him what our “must dos” were for our group of 8, and he arranged the perfect day for us. We also booked a catamaran sunset sail with him and both were awesome. Overall, this is a great resort that combines the adventure of Costa Rica with a family-friendly beach vacation. I give 4 stars because we have stayed at several all-inclusives and had 5-star service at other properties. Because the beach is public, they cannot offer drink service on the beach or set out chairs ahead of time. However, the property is beautiful, nicely maintained, and the beach is great for swimming and other water activities. We would definitely stay there again and recommend!
