Enjoy the best fine dining in La Fortuna, Arenal in our incredible restaurant Las Ventanas where the only thing better than the view is the food. Be careful to avoid the window seats if you are afraid of heights because the windows are angled out to allow you to look almost straight down a thousand feet to the river below! At night the distant mountains twinkle with the lights of cities thirty miles away. Be sure to dine here at least once during the day and once during the evening to capture the complete experience.

Our gourmet buffet restaurant would be appropriately described as a “Tasting” experience. Here you will sample to your heart’s content a complete salad bar with our signature dressings, hot and cold soups of the day, assorted fresh baked breads, and a selection of hot entrée items of which a few will be specially prepared for you right at the buffet. The menu changes daily and may tend toward Italian one day to Asian the next. Our dessert bar offers small bite size portions to minimize your guilt while sampling them all and, of course, maybe returning for an extra piece of your favorite. Fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee are included. Even though it is a buffet you will have a waiter attending to your every need. We like to refer to it as a “Full Service Gourmet Buffet”.

Amazing resort with wonderful staff and fun on site activities. Special shout out to Carlos, Estaban, Gina and Jeffery at reception, Gabriel, the fantastic barista, Gabriella at the spa, Anthony at the pool bar and Nino at the equestrian center. The list can go on and on-everyone has a smile and is happy to chat or help. The activities on site were fun and so easy. Room was beautiful with a view of the volcano. Sushi was delicious. Highly recommend the ATV farm tour and the waterfall repelling.

5 ⭐️ Experience
We loved our time at The Springs, wow! Highly recommend!! The staff was fantastic, especially Boyron, who we got to see several times, so friendly, helpful and kind. The food is great, the pools are amazing, the location and scenery and stunning…best place I’ve ever stayed! Can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional!!
I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received during our recent stay. In particular, I want to commend “ Joe Garro” for going above and beyond to assist with our delayed baggage situation. He took the initiative to follow up with the airline, providing regular updates and ensuring if we needed any other assistance. His efforts truly alleviated the stress of the situation and made our stay even more enjoyable. The Highlight of our Trip
This was by far the highlight of our trip and we stayed at Nayara Tented Camp and the Four Seasons on the same trip, where both properties were triple the cost. Everything about this property is incredible. The rooms are very large, and accommodated our family of 5 quite nicely. The food was excellent across all of the restaurants. Their ability to make a cocktail wasn’t bad as well. My family never got bored as the activities both off property and Club Rio were amazing! The horseback riding on property was my kids favorite part of the trip. However, what stood out the most was the staff….They were truly remarkable. T

Jan 04, 2025Sleepless in The Springs
The location was stunning, and we had a lot of fun during our stay. However, the incredibly firm mattresses made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. By the end of the week, the lack of rest had accumulated, leaving our family on edge and irritable. While we’re happy to be home and well-rested again, the experience was disappointing in this regard. On a positive note, the staff was fantastic—especially one standout bellman who made our stay more enjoyable. Housekeeping went above and beyond, even layering duvet covers in an effort to make the beds more comfortable, but unfortunately, it still felt like we were sleeping on box springs rather than mattresses. We hope the resort considers upgrading their beds, as this would greatly enhance the overall experience.
