What We Love
- The upscale vibe here is for those looking to avoid the rambunctious party scene and indulge in the finer things with a gorgeous infinity-edge pool and spa.
Things to Know
- Families who want a Caribbean getaway that's upscale and luxurious flock to Regent Palms in Turks and Caicos for beachfront, condo-style accommodations and an incredible spa.
The posh hotel is on 12 beachfront acres of lush gardens on world-famous Grace Bay Beach. Abundant marine life is right offshore in the aquamarine waters of Grace Bay Beach. Calm, clear water lets kids float freely while you kick back on loungers with umbrellas. Swim up to Plunge for a frosty rum punch and a creamy chicken wrap at the stunning serpentine, infinity-edge pool. Decked out with cushioned loungers and fun, circular sun pods, the pool area is a choice location for catching the gorgeous sunsets. Head to Parallel 23 for fresh crab rolls and Moulard duck to die for.
The Palms has options for vacationing at any speed you choose: snorkel and scuba excursions take advantage of the translucent water, kids love staging kayak races and Hobie cats are a fun way to soak up the sun. Want to check out the nearby 18-hole Provo Golf Club guilt-free? You have unlimited use of the Conch Kritters Club to keep the little ones busy playing lawn croquet and crafting art projects while mom and dad tee off. And if you want more family time, why not challenge the younger set to a tennis match on the courts?
Have an hour or two before it's time to pick up the kids? The full-service, 25,000-sq-ft spa is frequently named one of the Caribbean's best and it has the awards to prove it. Signature treatments use indigenous ingredients for full-body pampering. The signature Zareeba treatment uses local herbs to cleanse and detoxify.
When only the best will do, we recommend the 1,500-sq-ft One Bedroom Suite Oceanview with fully equipped kitchen, Viking appliances, custom bed linens and all the high-end perks you could want! On Penthouse suite booking, you even get butler service. Whether or not you book that room, you will get complimentary amenities like full American breakfast, free long distance calls to the USA and Canada, and use of resort bicycles and the business center.
This hotel is NOT All-Inclusive, but does include a daily full breakfast. Additional food and drinks must be purchased separately.
Unless otherwise specified, all services are available for an additional charge.

Great place to celebrate
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary along with two other couples! We walked into our room and found a beautiful cake and card wishing us Happy Anniversary. All of the hotel staff was very accomodating. When we checked in, there was an issue with the room that was assigned to us, however, the front desk went above and beyond to remedy the issue (thank you Mali J). Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. The meals at all the restaurants were very good especially the included breakfast which had quite a wide variety to choose from (Thanks Jane for greeting us every morning with your sunny smile)! Concierge (shout out to Michelle H) did great with recommendations for excursions and car rental and was very accomodating when it came to trying to please everyone in the group. Great beach, pool and spa (Mo gave me the best massage)! Also, not too far a walk into town if you walked along the beach. Really our only complaint was inconsistent fares quoted to us when we needed transportation to town or other restaurants.

Amazing location but service is lacking
The location on Grace Bay is stunning, probably one of the nicest spots on what is (in my opinion) the best beach in the world, away from the crowds and the massive AI hotels - I had stayed at this resort nearly 10 years ago and came back mainly for the beach. The pool is nice, although quite crowded/sometimes hard to get a lounger. The rooms are large, slightly older but no real issues and anyway we didn’t spend much time in the room. What really let this place down this time is the service. Staff are generally at best indifferent and at worst downright rude. There were a few notable exceptions (Whitney at the concierge was amazing, as was the bellman and the lovely lady in charge of omelettes at breakfast- unfortunately didn’t catch her name), but in general we were made to feel like a massive inconvenience every time we asked for something. Examples included: not showing us to our room on arrival, no baby crib even though we requested it in advance (we had to call three times before someone finally brought it 1.5 hours later, baby was grumpy after a long haul flight and wanting to go to bed), servers at restaurants standing around chatting to each other rather than seating guests at breakfast then getting annoyed when we requested menus, high chair etc, beach staff just sweeping rubbish, including glass, left by previous guests on the loungers onto the sand instead of removing it. There is a 12.5% service charge added to all bills then the staff expect to be tipped on top of that. The hotel was also being used for several US ‘corporate incentive’ reward trips while we were there (maybe explains the many positive reviews re service - I’d probably be less judgmental if it were a free trip rather than one I’d paid hundreds of dollars a night for!) so it was crowded and there were very limited dining options for non-corporate retreat guests. The outdoor beach restaurant was closed 4 of the 5 nights we stayed and we were told the only option was the fine dining restaurant- not ideal with a small toddler in tow so we ended up having to dine outside the resort but there is nothing in walking distance so it’s either a taxi or hotel shuttle to their sister hotels’ restaurants (where incidentally both the service and food was much better despite the other hotel being at a lower price point). All in all, I wouldn’t return again despite the stunning location as there are better options in Grace Bay and beyond.

You Cannot Go Wrong Staying Here!!
Our visit was nothing short of perfect. The resort is beautiful and quiet. The dining options served delicious food. Staff and management were responsive and kind. We used the massage and got a couples massage and both of our massage therapist did an amazing job. After our massage we sat and were served champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We travel often and usually the beach area is great or the pool in, in this instance both were wonderful! We took the complimentary bikes twice and road into town and it only took us 5-10 minutes. Our entire visit from beginning to end was wonderful. We will definitely return!

Johnte at the beach!!!
Johnte at the beach was amazing!! Unreal service and much attention to detail. Kept us hydrated all day and always with a smile and great conversation. They ran out of our favorite beer at the beach bar and he would literally run to the other bar to fetch our favorite.

Great vacation at Turks and Caicos
A beautiful place with exceptional service! Everyone went above and beyond to make our visit one to remember. A special shout out to Jane - she was always happy and very helpful! I was disappointed with the snorkeling in the beach area - but I’m sure there are excursions available to good snorkeling areas.
