- Children's program, onsite †The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

Feb 10, 2025Family friendly and comfortable.
The Palms was beautiful and amazing. Staff was attentive. We were there with our four kids 13-6 years old and we don't always get the most welcoming treatment, but we were treated so kindly. The lady who waited on us at breakfast cuddled my daughter's stuffed dog, treating it like it was real (like my 6 year old does) and had a conversation with her. Wish I could remember her name! We arranged outings through the concierge, amazing. Housekeeping: amazing. The only name I remember was Remy who was our butler and he was also amazing. The mattress and pillows were the best we've ever had a hotel. We slept like babies. Also so free with the water bottles so we stayed hydrated which we also have not experienced anywhere else.

Feb 10, 2025Pretty hotel with service issues
We visited with couples for a long weekend. Highlights were the beautiful beach, consistent availability of chairs at pool and beach (no having to reserve chairs!), food quality, and the gorgeous new renovated pool area. We also had a few private group events while on property and they were beautifully set up and food was delicious. Unfortunately, as noted by other reviewers, service was a big issue. It would take 1.5 hours to get food at the beach and maybe 45 min for a drink. And what made it so frustrating was the service staff didn't seem to care. To be fair, we did find throughout the island service is not a strong suit, but for a 5 star this was not ok. One other thing to note was while the rooms are updated, they did seem to have a musty smell and don't seem to have some modern touches. Little things are missed (like no where in the shower to put soap or products!). No families were there - def more of a quiet, couples vibe. I would not have wanted my younger kids there.

A piece of heaven
Amazing experience with this resort it has everything, classy beautiful and the service was spectacular ! A special thank you to Mackenon our butler who was incredible, highly recommend him , our server Maribel, Wilmer and the beach staff were great !Another service was Elite VIP , our Errol was so kind and professional , thank you Turks we will be back and Palms you are a class act !

Best hotel stay ever!!
What a delightful resort, everything was perfect. We normally go to Florida every year but no more…The Palm @ TC is where we want to be in February of 2026. You won’t need a car staying at The Palm…because there is no reason to leave, seriously…it is that fantastic!! Checkin was easy especially with the help of our bellman, Russell, he was always smiling and making sure our stay was going well. Our room was immaculate and appointed beautifully. Our room attendants were wonderful and friendly especially Narilea. The beach and pool area is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed Scottrico and Arnel taking care of us at the beach and pool. Breakfast in the garden every morning was a fabulous buffet and we were greeted by June everyday with her beautiful smiling face along Arlean, Marie and Earlie. All making sure we had hot coffee and always cheerful. Always asking about our day and making sure everything is good. We had great meals with Roxane waiting on us, she was all about making sure everything was perfect @ The ocean side Si Si restaurant and bar. We enjoyed Fredlynn @ the bar around the court yard which is beautifully appointed and relaxing…she made sure the bartender knew how to make my drink request… in fact he came to our table to confirm…great service!! Thank you Tisha for your help with checking out. Oh almost forgot…the spa is the most beautiful and tranquil area and very relaxing. I had the best ever massage from Tini!! Well darn…we leave today for Virginia, back to cooking, cleaning and waiting on ourselves…will miss this beautiful piece of paradise!! Will see y’all in 2026, thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

I will be back!
Beautiful resort, the rooms had quality amenities, a home away from home. The beach is stunning and the attendants are helpful! The restaurants are delicious, and the new Mexican restaurant is an excellent addition to their restaurant offerings. The service in the restaurants is very good, and I'd like to give a shout out to Jane! She's professional, happy, and accomodating at all times.
