- Children's program, onsite †The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

My husband and I celebrated his 70th birthday dinner at The parallel 23 restaurant at the Palms. It was an exceptional experience. There was an excellent musician on December 28 th We received excellent service from Roy our server whose services surpassed our expectations since we’ve been dining on the island. He was joined by Carol, whose happy birthday rendition song to Leon was amazing and topped it off to complete our night.. The food, atmosphere, and service was a 10/10

The Palms: a beautiful paradise island
Paradise. The beds and the bed linens were perfect. Smooth and soft sheets, fluffy duvet, an assortment of pillows to choose from ultra-soft, to extra fluffy. The mattress was heavenly. We were impressed by how stealthy the housekeeping staff was, almost never saw the cleaning carts in the corridors. The garden for breakfast every morning: DELIGHTFUL!! They have everything! Grits were creamy and perfectly seasoned! The omelette station was ON POINT! Delicious omelettes for my keto gf, hand-crafted with love every day! The coffee was hot and brewed to perfection! Best part of our day: Miss Jane warmly welcoming our group every morning was the best start of our day. What an excellent way to kick off the start of your day. The staff here are so friendly! Inquiring to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. By the pool we had Paula to guarantee the drinks were to our liking and what a memory-after only one day of taking care of us, she remembered and had our signature beverages on standby for all of us! Parallel 23: Dwayne will craft your cocktails infusing them with a fraction of the joy he effuses, and watching him work is great entertainment in and of itself. He is a mixologist machine! The ladies at the Palms concierge area have excellent recommendations for enjoying the island, especially considering my group has f three ladies and that it was our first time visiting the island. Finally, the spa experience was the best spa experience I've ever had. The deep tissue massage was amazing, and the sheer beauty of the entire outdoor area was incredible. Stone. Water. Sunshine. Flowers and beauty. Best steam shower, and they even have a cryo room! We are definitely returning! Go Bills!

Turks & Caicos Gem
This is perhaps the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything was top-notch: the staff, service, property, dining, guestrooms, pool, and proximity to the ocean. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. The property was immaculate. You cannot beat the beauty and luxury of this hotel!

Perfect Getaway for Rest & Relaxation
This was our second stay at The Palms. Gorgeous property that is very well maintained. Newly completed renovations to the pool area and guest suites look great. Really nice location on Grace Bay. Staff here is extremely friendly. Jane does a great job as the daily breakfast host. Always has a smile on her face. The ladies at the front desk do an outstanding job. Sabine, Gereleline and Kamoia are all so kind and ready to assist guests with anything they needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

I would give 4.5if I could. Absolutely gorgeous grounds and great location. Not too busy of an area, great wide open beach - if you go down towards Beaches the beach narrows considerably. Wonderful staff- don’t know what changed from some of the older reviews but everyone was very pleasant. Sweet Miss Jane at breakfast was awesome and the breakfast buffet was great with a local everyday, plus the typical fare. We me letter station is great! Water and beach are fantastic. Dywan took me and my two boys, 7 and 9, out for an awesome cruise on the hobie cat. The pool is beautiful and the towel service by Arnel and team is well equipped. Oats at the bar served us in a monsoon at the outdoor bar that looks like the Guggenheim and a large floppy summer hat had a child The rooms are great. We had an oceanfront suite and got the pre-holiday rate with breakfast included. Bring snacks - like peanut butter and crackers Food is very expensive and my only knock was the $70 bill for chips and a small container of guacamole, 2 soft drinks and 2 aperol spritz’s that were very light on the aperol. The bar food is “meh” and dropping $200 on some flatbread pizzas, pasta and sliders and drinks is tough to absorb - try Mr Groupers nearby We did not do the restaurant for dinner for fear of a $500 bill for me,my wife and two boys. But the hotel is fantastic and we look forward to going back! Love the Palms and still daydreaming about that beach!
