Thankfully there is no such service shortfall at Cantina 1910, only a wide selection of local and international beer; some of the best tequila and mezcal in the country are also on display, do not miss tequila & mezcal tastings.

Stayed here with friends, 7 of us total. The rooms were amazing, we had the 3 bedroom penthouse. There was ample room for everyone to be together and have private space. View from the rooftop was amazing, had rooftop coffee every morning. The pools were clean and refreshing. The view from the Infinity pool was the best. The food was fantastic with lots of variety. There are multiple options during the day near the Infinity Pool, the buffet for dinner and the ala carte restaurants in the evening were great. The absolute best part however was the staff. EVERY single person we encountered went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best! I would highly recommend The Fives

Was highlyrecommended. We were not disappointed.
6 adults, 2 children holiday. On arrival, the staff were very pleasant and efficient. The bedroom was very spacious, spotlessly clean, very fresh and bright, with a good powerful shower. The grounds to the hotel are such an enjoyment to walk around , from the beautiful bright plants, to the wildlife. The food in every restaurants was excellent, with a great dining experience in each one. The one snag is booking a restaurant for a meal, which can be a challenge. We never went hungry...and the nights we had to wait were worth it. The pools were very clean. The entertainment was very good, for both children and adults. All the staff were superb. A very relaxing holiday. Well done team Fives Resort. Can't wait to visit again one day.

Stayed here a few days ago and there were some things I found disappointing. All information about the in hotel was reviewed through an app but some of the info was wrong. It said buffet was open at lunch but it’s closed. Then a menu was different to the one they gave us at one restaurant. It was also difficult to read on the phone. The restaurants had a system where you collected a buzzer and could go and have a drink while waiting. Good I thought but waited at least an hour and half each time plus one night our friends waited over two and a half hours only to be told at 9pm they couldn’t get in. The bars are also a bit strange. The gin bar and 1910 were soulless so only real area to wait for restaurants was middle area where entertainment went on or on a sunbed while we waited for the Italian, not a great experience The drinks seemed to all be served in plastic big cups. Can understand round swimming pool but not in entertainment area! Prosecco in a plastic mug hardly 5 star! The rooms and staff were good but not enough to make me want to go back or recommend

Clean and great food. What more do you need?!
Great experience, staff, cleanliness, and food. Best food at an all inclusive. Hands down. Resort was clean: the restaurants, the grounds, the pools, public restrooms, the rooms. 5 stars on that alone! We went in a group of 6 and stayed in the 3 bedroom rooms. They are set up as 3 separate hotel rooms (which is nice). The rooms were dated. Not dirty, not musty, but they can use a refresh soon. We didn’t go on vacation to sit on our rooms and since they were clean- I’m not lowering my review for that. Speaking of clean, that’s extremely important to me, I got there and first thing I did was remove some Clorox wipes to wipe the tv remote, phone, “leather” bed frame, and a few other spots - totally clean. Like surprisingly clean. I was happy. The food at every restaurant was honestly good. We’ve been to many all inclusives now (before and after) and honestly, our expectations aren’t high- we are going for the escape from our weather, break from work, and booze! This was different, the food was genuinely good at every restaurant. We had a party of 6 so we waited a few nights (not every night, some we walked right in) for dinner- like 45 minutes. Nothing crazy. Had a drink and enjoyed ourselves while we waited. Drinks were good too, they actually have too shelf brands and they serve them- for real. For example, my parents like grey goose, they had it. If a bar didn’t, they’d go get it, often times a new bottle that was opened. People complain a lot about the extra charges, but it’s not that bad or a lot. To be clear, you can get coffee anywhere if you want it. You can get ice cream with other deserts at the restaurants. You can get frozen cocktails not served in a fresh coconut. If you want to spend the extra money, you will. Some days we did, and some days we didn’t. At no point did we feel duped, or ripped off because we had to pay for an iced coffee or coconut drink, those that complain about it should grow up.

We had 2 two bedroom swimup suites. The rooms were fine, although we were only in the room at night to sleep. There were so many sales people hounding you to listen to their timeshare sales pitch. They try to tell you if you go to their meeting you will get coupons for a free massage, free couples dinner, plus several other things. Well that is a LIE!!! We broke down and did the timeshare thing and as soon as you tell them you are not interested they kick you out of the room and won’t even take you back. We also upgraded to the epic package as you got premium alcohol. Well that was a LIE as well as ordered the better vodka and when we went to check out we seen we were charged for the better vodka. When we were checking out my bill was 3 times what it was suppose to be. I went to the epics office and showed them the coupons that they were suppose to take off for the massage, dinner etc. They took off the coupons and told me it was corrected. They even gave me a receipt to prove the final balance. When I got home I seen all these charges on my cc bill and have called them several times to correct this issue. I finally got ahold of someone and they wanted proof of the coupons and my final bill. I emailed that to them and now they are ghosting me. They will not return my calls or emails. I will never stay at this property again. Credit card company will not do anything because they said it was international. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!!!
