Not a 4 star hotel, max 3. Rooms are dated and with bad mold smell. If you are staying in the hotel, spend most of your time outside the room and then you will enjoy your stay. Staff at the pools was really friendly and helpful. Just be really cautious when selecting your hotel.

Overall a decent stay given the price we paid for the room type and amenities. has tons of options for both kids and adults with multiple pools and rides/slides. Coral tower is closer to the Marina market which has a lot more food options, my fav was the pizza place and the Dilly Club for drinks.

The Coral at Atlantis
The check in process, was a delay. We waited 6 hours and was never notify as promised. The staff seem very unhappy a very few had a smiles. The water park was a disappointment as to find out the hot tub has been broken for six months waiting on parts from the staff statement. After traveling for 8 hours was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

Great Staff but building needs some TLC
Building and grounds needs a lot of TLC. Be cautious of rooms offered as ocean view, some are only in the very vague sight of the ocean. The staff was great, eager to help and so very friendly. If the building and elevators had some upgrades this would be a better vacation destination.

My kids enjoyed every bit of their stay. Lots for the entire family to do. We were able to experience quite a bit of the property, inclusive of the theatre, restaurants (ChopStix, Marina Pizzeria, Poseidon's and Riverbend), Waterpark. The food was consistently good, and a great time was had by all in the waterpark.
