    Inspired by the simplicity and elegance of the desert, Manta — designed by JSa Arquitectura and Enrique Olvera — was conceived as a black box that focuses on the views from one of the most desirable and secluded playas in Cabo San Lucas. Our name has a thoughtful double meaning: a manta ray which symbolizes the kitchen’s focus on seafood, while manta, the Spanish word for canvas, conveys the idea of freedom in artistic expression. As The Cape’s culinary centerpiece, Manta celebrates the Pacific Coast cultures, taking inspiration from Mexico, Peru, Japan and beyond.

    The hotel’s main pool’s swim-up bar and terrace offer a vibe that’s both lively and laid-back. Here, you’ll find locally-sourced seafood, contemporary Mexican cuisine and American favorites in a casual, breezy atmosphere overlooking the ocean and picture-perfect views of El Arco. Don’t miss our famous Cape Toast or Sunday brunch with a food station and live music.

    The Rooftop is the quintessential spot for an evening out for two, drinks with friends or a private party. This signature space features open-air bars, al fresco dining, sunken communal seating, a fire pit, and serene water features — emblematic of its Baja locale. Live acoustic music is played to the setting sun, and DJs are on regular rotation at this signature Cabo San Lucas restaurant.

    Best Massage of my life

    Alba was my massage therapist and she did an incredible job. The deep tissue massage released knots that I didn’t even know I had. Plus there was the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge combo afterward. It was overall a great experience and I’d suggest it to anyone

    Amazing Bartenders and Views

    Caeser and ezequiel were amazing! Best service you could ask for in cabo. Truly an immaculate experience. Bar service was a 10/10. Great drinks and amazing people. My twin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great tequilq and quick service and amazing bar tenders!!

    An inspirational stay

    Stunning cliffside property! This is really an inspirational stay. The views cannot be beat. Direct view of the Cabo arche and stunning sunsets. The spa was amazing. We enjoyed the multiple restaurants. Even took a bottle of the signature smell home to bring back memories.

    Amazing!

    The Thompson was amazing. First time staying here. Totally loved it. The experience was amazing. Fernanda, Hugo, Eduardo and Luis were awesome forservice. Best we ever had! we will be back! First time in Cabo, but it won’t be the last! Thank you, thank you thank you.

    Perfect lunch

    Ismarelda (Emma), our server, went above and beyond!! Her knowledge of the menu and amazing recommendations (based on our tastes/ preferences) was outstanding!! The drinks and food met past our expectations. Nothing beats the view!!!!
