The place is amazing and colourful, Saul and Juan at the pool bar we’re always taking care of us; Miguel the butler and the lady at the boutique so friendly, however we had problems with the A/C and called 3 times to get maintenance to checked it.

Great trip with great friends. The staff absolutely made our trip special. All the Premiere bartenders, Francisco at Sea Flirt and Daniel with Security went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. The biggest thank you goes to Yamy, our butler. She was on top of every request and helped set up an amazing dinner on the beach with my wife. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Experience!
Temptations is hands down the best party resort in Cancun. The main pool party starts at 1 PM and last all day. Almost all of the women are topless. I was surprised how many beautiful women were there. 90% of couples are swingers. This is also a singles resort as well. I did not have any problems meeting people. Everyone was so nice and respectful towards each other. They do have a quite pool for those who just want to chill. Diego did an excellent job getting the crowd going at the pool party. Pool staff were very entertaining. Check in process was quick and easy. The entire staff were so nice and informative. Butlers Yamy and Miguel did an amazing job. They were very attentive to my needs which made my stay even more pleasant. I personally thought the restaurants were all really good. I would like to give a special shout out to the staff at Sutra Asian restaurant. Christian, Cintia, Alberto, Jesus, Jose, Juan Pablo, Gustavo, Juan Lee, Christia Reyes, Gerardo Santos, Nestor, and Lorenzo were all so friendly and very professional. They were very attentive to my needs. I never had to wait for a table. The chef cooked me an amazing meal every time I ate there. This was by far my favorite place to eat. The theme parties started at 10:30 PM and lasted hours. They were so much fun and entertaining. You can dress down to hardly nothing and not be out of place. Women dressed very very sexy for these parties. All the bartenders and wait staff did an amazing job. I really could not have asked for better service.. My only negative comment is about the beach. It's ok. Not the beautiful Cancun beach that you see in the pictures. Also, there are three pharmacies right across the street. You do not need a prescription to buy any meds.

The best place on earth
Temptation Cancun has truly become our go to vacation spot. We’ve been multiple times, and every trip just gets better. From the vibrant atmosphere to the non-stop energy, we absolutely love everything about it. What really makes Temptation special, though, are the Playmakers. They bring the resort to life with their energy, personality, and ability to make everyone feel included. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting both new and familiar faces, and we’ve always been impressed by how amazing the team is. On our most recent trip, one Playmaker really stood out to us - Andy from Venezuela. She was incredibly lively, full of energy, and always ready to dance. What made her even more special was how polite and approachable she was. Andy has a natural way of connecting with people, and it didn’t go unnoticed. While we truly love all the Playmakers, Andy left a lasting impression on us this time around.

Food and service was excellent Drink were good too It’s a party place for sure More for the younger crowd my Opinion We had ocean front and was a lot of walking and not much for elevators either stairs and ramp The games at the party pool were fun to watch The roof top was a favourite for us
