  Will be back - temptations cancun

  Relaxing in the mornings, excellent adult entertainment at the pool in the afternoon. Bash at night was good entertainment, but repetitive. Clothes changed per theme, but similar dances. Techno music gets to be a bit much. Shows my age group. Food was really good. Buffet has lots of choices. Flame restaurant was our favorite, but really loud. All employees exceeded our expectations. Weekends get a bit over booked. So they had to change our room the next day. Room maintenance needs to be improved a bit. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall we will be back again.

  Best time of our lives

  This was our very first time at Temptation so we only knew what we heard and seen from other reviewers but I must say this trip, for my husband's birthday, exceeded all our expectations and we had the best time of our lives. I think the amazing experience mostly had to do with all the fun games played each afternoon at the sexy pool. As well as the theme parties and performances held at the Bash Tower. The playmakers are spectacular, so warm, friendly and professional. I don't have all their names but to name a few was Maluma, Lady Beta, Cowboy, Miss Argentina, the hosts of course they were all incredible! We just can not wait to head back for more excitement and so has every single person we meet and it was quite a lot of people.

  Andrea was amazing.

  This was an amazing experience.. But the best part was how amazing Andrea was. She was by far the happiest, fun and the most out going woman. Temptations is so lucky to have someone like her working there. 10 Stars for that super star for sure..

  Another great trip!

  We recently returned from our 5th visit to Temptations. As always we had a amazing trip. Our Butler Ivan was on the ball! Even when I changed my mind multiple times on our reservations, he just smiled and said no problem. When he found out it was our anniversary, he went out of his way to find out what time we were going for dinner so he could arrange to have rose petals and chocolate strawberries in our room on our return. We will definitely ask for him on our next visit. Mike and his team at the pool always made sure to find us a chair whether I wanted shade or sun. My husband swears that Karen at the spa had magic fingers. Her massages were amazing! We can't wait for trip number 6!

  Birthday Trip

  We just returned from another unforgettable 9-day trip to Temptation, and it was once again a paradise experience! This was our second visit to this resort, though we've had the pleasure of staying at all the Desire properties. Oscar, our Butler for the entire stay, was incredible. He was always attentive, quick to respond, and made sure our experience was flawless. We chose a room near the quiet pool, and it was perfect for us. The location was ideal, not too far from the action, but far enough to ensure we could get the rest we needed. Rooms in the tower tend to be noisy at night, so we definitely appreciated the peaceful vibe of our room. Unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, but Oscar wasted no time in arranging for maintenance to resolve the issue while we went about our day. The staff at the lobby bar was exceptional, especially Freddy and Francisco. They took care of us every evening, always with a smile, and were quick, polite, and attentive. It became a highlight of our trip to unwind with them after the nightly shows. My husband enjoyed chatting with Elias and Erick at the quiet pool, both of whom were excellent at their craft and made the experience even more enjoyable. Juan at the dry side of the main pool was always on top of our drink orders. His politeness and skill in making excellent drinks never went unnoticed! Carlos, the waiter at the main pool near the bridge, greeted me by name every day and made sure we were well taken care of. The sushi chef (whose name I didn’t catch) was fantastic, my husband is a huge sushi fan, and we were thrilled to see this addition to the menu outside. The Playmakers at Temptation are all fantastic, but Maluma truly stood out. His energy, smile, and friendly personality made him a favorite of ours. My husband also had a great time with Arrrita! The dancers, whom we recognize from DRM, are simply amazing. We especially loved the performance at SHE. We went twice, and it's always a sexy and well-executed show. The staff at the Italian restaurant deserves a special mention. The bartender was top-notch, the waitstaff was efficient and made us laugh, and they were incredibly accommodating when we arrived with a large group. It was by far the best dining experience of the trip. The security team at the resort is fantastic. They are always vigilant and step in whenever needed. We had an emergency when my husband’s blood sugar dropped, and the medical team took excellent care of us. They got him seated, helped stabilize him, and made sure we were safely escorted back to our room. We can’t thank them enough! One of the highlights of our trip was renting a yacht for my husband’s birthday. The crew, led by Pepe and The Captain, made it a blast. If you haven’t done this yet, it’s a must! Dulce is the person who assisted us in booking the rental. She was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. Please let the staff know that "NAYARIT" says hello and we can't wait to return! Sidebar:
A friendly reminder-please refrain from smoking in the rooms. It’s not only disrespectful to other guests, but it also creates a strong odor that can be difficult to get rid of. The resort should enforce a fee for guests who smoke in rooms where it’s prohibited. I also wish the resort would follow Quintana Roo’s regulations and restrict smoking to designated areas only. It was challenging to fully enjoy the poolside experience while constantly dodging cigarette smoke. It’s the only resort we’ve been to in the last few years that doesn’t monitor this.
