Cristian and Oscar and Angel were great at the front, Paloma and Anahi were amazing with activities. The rooms were super clean. Drinks were were well poured. Great family resort. 10/10 would recommend. Take time to do all the activities and try all the food

I would give this resort 2.5 star rating. It’s tired and a bit beat up. Hyatt needs to put some money into it. It’s about 40 years old and looks it. On the plus side the staff is great, It’s clean and I never ran out of hot water. Also, the layout of the resort is great, large pool with a swim up bar, the outdoor buffet under the large Palapa faces the water and the town of Puerto Vallarta with the mountains behind. The view is especially nice at night when the lights of the town reflect on the water. It used to be a Holiday Inn and the people who designed it did a great job. The beach has lots of Palapas for shade however, all the beaches in Puerto Vallarta are public so be prepared to be approached by vendors several times when you’re there. I think It’s worth visiting, but make sure you get it at a good price then you won’t be disappointed.

Service is average but the sales team for member presentations (Julissa) was very persistent almost to the point we took different routes to avoid her. We understand the nature of this but this was by far the most pressure we have experienced at any resort aftèr saying no thanks 5-10 times. Aging property that is showing its age with a lot of tiles in pool area and had a dirt ring above the whole pool until day 5 when they cleaned it. Overall it was a good price so if you're looking for a cheap getaway it will work but make sure expectations match the price.

This hotel was disgusting, to say the least. I don't know where to begin. The food and beverage service was the worst I have ever experienced at an all inclusive hotel. Do yourself a favor and dine at the restaurants surrounding the hotel. You will also need to bring your own cup for beverages, or risk having a soapy drink or leftover food residue from their dump and rinse containers.

New Years Eve
"We had a fantastic New Year's dinner and Alice in Wonderland themed show where all the employees were dressed up as different characters! Diana A., the host on our side, brought incredible enthusiasm to the event. Her genuine excitement for the show and warm interaction with guests afterward added a personal and friendly touch to the entire evening. It truly made the experience memorable!"
