  We’ll definitely come back

  I appreciate this hotel’s encouragement to guest to embrace mindfulness during their stay. We had wonderful food at the on-site restaurant. I was especially appreciative of the service we received when I’d packed a pair of shoes that I didn’t realize had a manufacturing defect so the clasps couldn’t be affixed. Shannon Williams from the facilities team brought out a small tool kit that had exactly what was needed for this job and he fixed both of my shoes efficiently and with a smile.

  Great experience willl be back!

  Very nice and clean the rooms were!! Beautiful view perfect location!! Had a problem with my room went to front desk spoke with Rosa! She is exactly what Sonesta wants to represent them as an employee, professional, calm, courteous solves the matter has empathy, talks, listens, goes above and beyond to make sure that I along with my mother had a fabulous stay will be back again because of Rosa! The assistant manager Shenoya sorry it I misspelled again perfect representation of what in effective leader can be she came in solve the problem worked well with Rosa and solved came to a solution they a great employees! Noticed how they greeted people as they came on and off the elevator by names made suggestions very effective. Staff should be rewarded many people vistiors communicated with them, and I bet you they made many people stay as great as mine. Also big shout out to the bartender the guy I believe manager very knowledgeable very informative very suggestive can make very well mixed drinks and how they are supposed to be made! makes you feel right at home ho and like you wanted to come back down to the bar very opening atmosphere very welcoming great vibes! Overall excellent getaway great location great rooms great service great food great drinks thank you

  A perfect getaway for every age group.

  From the time we pulled in until we checked out, exceptional service. We called ahead on Tuesday afternoon when Maps showed we would arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 1:00pm; we were easily given early check-in. Check in was lovely. There is a water station; they serve delicious, refreshing water all day and night. A very nice and large sitting area in the lobby, including small tables. The restaurant also serves poolside; you can order bar side on the pool deck. (We did, it was delicious) Valet Service was great; we were given a call number and valet number and we were able to call for our car anytime we were leaving the hotel, day or night throughout our entire trip. Concierge unloaded our vehicle, took everything to our room and unloaded our bags and coolers from the luggage cart. Our room was very welcoming, mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There is a thermostat to adjust room temperature and fan settings. 6 dresser drawers attached to the desk with a good amount of counter space. Keurig with k-cups and condiments; there are additional complimentary coffee condiments in the lobby store at the Starbucks Coffee station. 2 complimentary water bottles. Nice sized closet with large mirrors on each door. Hanging space on one side, including hangers plus a shelf on top. The other side of the closet also had the top shelf. Ironing board and iron. Mini fridge-could fit 8 water bottles on top and smaller items on bottom, small Tru Fru bags fit in the door. There is a small shelf above the fridge and a small space under the fridge, as well as the open space beside the fridge. There is also a safe below the fridge. There is not a microwave in the room but there is a microwave available 24hours in the lobby store. The bathroom was well stocked. They kept us 2 rolls of toilet paper, bar soap in a dish, body lotion, filled shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash dispensers, plenty of shower towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The step in shower is wonderful; giant shower head and great water pressure. House keeping came within the same 45 minutes each day we were there. They have privacy door hangers in the room. Trash can in bathroom and double trash can in room. The pool is where we spent most of our time. Very nice pool deck with comfortable seating. Water station and beach towels. The heated pool was great for the cool windy evenings. The fitness area is through the pool deck but we did not visit that area. The hotel location is great; shops just down the street then just across the street is the beach entrance. The hotel allows use for 2 (very comfortable) beach lounge chairs (they are already on the beach) and there are umbrella rental options as well. Volleyball net and shower are also on the beach. If you walk opposite of the beach there are some great cafes and shops. We checked out on Saturday, on Friday evening we were able to easily change our check-out time to noon.

  Day cation

  Thanks Julie for some poolside activities during our day cation! Pool area is cozy, easy access to food and drinks. No shortage of fresh towels or places to sit. Cory is a great bartender, his knowledge on all the food and drinks they offer does not go unappreciated!

  Great stay

  We had a lovely day, Jean Pierre our valet was amazing. He had so many great recommendations and it was so friendly we couldn’t have asked for more.! we came to visit without our family adults and small children and it was a lovely stay. Thank you to the whole team.
