Just okay. Nothing feels like a Sheraton, more of a motel kind of feel to it. The employees the same- rude, not afraid to mouth off at customers. Me and my family got cussed at for taking pictures of chickens eating that were being fed by a hotel staff member. You are based on customer service and tourism, mouthing off at customers will not get recommendations, returning guests, or improved business.

On beach and not very far from Kauai airport and local town. Rooms are clean and bright. Bar facing the beach has some very good cocktails and request is they should consider adding more vegetarian/vegan menu. Breakfast is standard and nothing to complain.

Jan 24, 2025CROOKED SURF best start to our vacation
This was our 1st stop upon check-in and a perfect way to kick off our vacation after traveling. Local, relaxing live music right there by the pool and beach. Kyle and Janice were our bartenders. It was Janice’s first day and we got a couple of good laughs as she worked through it. I think her professional but down to earth personality will fit well with this team. Her drink recommendations were on point. Always drink local, fresh drinks. They were delicious. We love to know where the locals go to eat, drink, and spend time. Kyle gave us a phenomenal list of locally owned options for each thing we asked, all over the island. We let people sitting next to us take pics of the list because it was so awesome. Perfect start to our stay! Thank you.

ALOHA
Kyle the bar made my entire trip! His custom craft cocktail creations were hands down best drinks on island!!! Service was excellent and true spirit of aloha was shining through all of the staff at this gorgeous east side resort! Coming here truly feels like coming home!

Sangria!!!
Kyle and Maurice made our time at the pool bar so much fun! The sangria was made with love and fresh picked fruit (Kyle shared he picked some on a hike he did). Maurice saw us watching the OSU game and was sure to talk to us about his time in Columbus. Mahalo guys!
