    Secrets Puerto Vallarta

    Javier and Karlos at Himitsu were excellent and need a raise, Caesar at Market cafe was also amazing and need a raise, phenomenal service and food was amazing at Puerto Vallarta Secrets, highly recommend all 3 for phenomenal work and service.

    Fantastic

    Secrets Vallarta Bay is a beautiful resort. The food and drinks are above standard that most all inclusives offer. The service is remarkable and the facility is beautiful. The following employees went above and beyond in helping us throughout our vacation. Adrian at the Market Café Cesar at Oceana restaurant and our Butler Carlos a big shout out and thanks to all three for their help in making this a wonderful vacation.

    Love the crepes!

    Go see Jenny and Orlando for crepes at Sweet Bites in Secrets. So food! The French, Italian, Hibachi, and Seafood restaurants are also very good. Even the buffet has delicious bacon and chilaquiles. Basically the food is very good! And the place is overall relaxing, if you don’t do the sales pitch.

    Spring break in PV

    From the moment we landed this experience was truly the best thing we could have asked for. Everyone at Secrets was so kind and helpful, especially our butler Jose Becerra. He had us the whole way through and anything we needed he was there to do it for us. The entire staff created the most welcoming and fun environment. The room was straight luxury with the best shower ever. The pool and the staff there were amazing and very attentive. Same goes for the beach. I never felt like I was looking for someone to fill my cup and the staff was excellent at anticipating needs. Would definitely stay here again (and for longer). The best in the business!

    Secrets Vallarta Bay: No worries, no work, just fun, sun and grat food!

    We love Secrets, the staff is great, friendly and willing to serve! Our butler Carlos M, checked in with us daily and if there was anything needed... he made it happen! We have been to other All Inclusive resorts and enjoyed, but we have been here 5 time's and would return again!
