Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra provided fantastic service throughout the duration of our stay in Puerto Vallarta. My husband Tom and I felt very comfortable, cared for, and were amazed at how responsive Carlos and Jose were to our needs and requests.We would come back to visit in a heartbeat, and they were a big part of us coming to that conclusion.

Wonderful experience with amazing service, great food and beautiful views. Would absolutely recommend vacationing here.
The staff really makes the experience here, every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was spot on every time at every restaurant, you can tell the kitchen staff really cares and takes pride in their work. Absolutely will be back.

We ❤️ Secrets Vallarta!
Secrets Vallarta was a great vacation. Our butler, Carlos Miranda, did a great job of making sure we had an enjoyable trip. We enjoyed the resort activities including yoga, bingo and water aerobics. The waiter service at the restaurants and pools did an amazing job of accommodating our requests.

Great Service!
This review is for the incredible service provide by our butler at Secrets Vallarta Bay. His name is Carlos Miranda. He is absolutely the best! Anything you need, he makes it happen. Restaurant booked up, he still made it happen. No pool chairs? He makes it happen. Far walk to bar? He gets drinks for you and supplied our own bartender!

Who had such a great trip, made many new friends, great food, drinks and good times.Our butler Carlos is second to none, thanks so much for all the things you did, Joel brought so much to us, thanks for the little extras guys, they really meant a lot.
