We had José as our butler, for the 2nd time. Exceptional service! He responded to all our requests and concerns in lightening time. He is so knowledgeable of the property and also PV. A shout out to Fernando and his staff in the wine room of Capers. Tremendous personality and service by all. Our meal and wine was absolutely over the top. (José set it up for us!)

We had a great time! Our butler Carlos and Jose were always there to help us with our every need! The food and service at Secrets was second to none!! You can't go wrong with this resort!! Pablo, our UVC representative, was also friendly and always there to get us what we wanted. Thank you for an amazing time!

Great food and great service
Adrian and Marnay provided the best breakfast experience At Secrets. Awesome food, great service, and I can’t wait to come back. My wife and I stayed here to celebrate 25 years of marriage, wonderful memories were made. Thank you secrets, we will be back!

Winter Get Away
Jose Becerra was terrific as our "butler." He was available all week and offered to help us consistently. In general, the staff was all friendly and helpful to us and made our stay wonderful. The pool servers were super, attentive to us and friendly people.

Couples trip to Puerto Vallarta at Secrets
We truly enjoyed our stay at Secrets (adults only) Vallarta Bay. The resort is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Our personal butler, Carlos Miranda and his work partner, Jose Becerra were very attentive, friendly and made our experience seamless.
