The food was amazing…. The bed was comfy!!!!! Carlos Miranda our butler made us feel like we were his only guest….. 😊. He made reservations for dining, had pillows sent to our room for my husband…. He stopped by wherever we were and made sure we had what we needed to make our vacation with friends amazing!!!!!!

Wedding 2025
I had my wedding at Secrets Vallarta Bay and it was an absolute dream! Karla Cruz was my wedding coordinator and absolutely killed her position! Her and the resort were extremely accommodating and very helpful in letting me know what the process was and/or steps that needed to be taken. Karla always came to find me anywhere i may be at the resort to come and ask me questions which made it easy for me to still enjoy the resort and not stress about any scheduled appointments for wedding purposes! Thank you Karla and Secrets crew for making a girls dreams come true!

We’ll definitely be back!
Property was amazing, food was really good as well, drinks were premium spirits throughout. What sets this property apart are the people. I’d like to recognize our Butler, Carlos Miranda, our UVC Rep Pablo, our pool servers Emilio, Martin and Jorge were the best. Gilberto and Edwin greeted us every morning for breakfast at Oceana.

Our dream wedding at a fabulous resort!
We chose Dreams Vallarta Bay for our destination wedding and we were more than happy with the entire experience! The hotel itself was very beautiful, clean, and the food was amazing! When it came to our actual wedding, we were assigned an in house planner, Livier Cortes. From day one she was very helpful, organized, kind, and made sure all of our wishes were granted! She answered all of our many emails and questions promptly and thoughtfully, and were able to have several video calls with her through our the year before arriving in Mexico. The wedding day went even better than we had imagined, and we barely had to lift a finger! We are so thankful for her expertise and care which made all the difference planning a wedding from Canada! We also wanted to shout out our personal butler Jair Tolentino, who was assigned to use the day we arrived at the resort. He took care of all of our needs and was so friendly from the moment we checked into our beautiful swim out room. Whether we needed questions answered, small errands ran, or just needed some extra drinks sent to our room, he did it all! We were so sad to say goodbye to him! It was a terrific vacation and we are already talking of when we can go back to this property
It was a wonderful trip beginning to end. The staff was exceptional. Pablo our UVC rep was on the ball even before we got there via email and greeted us promptly upon arrival and was more than helpful and available the entire time. Carlos Miranda was our butler and outstanding. He made sure to check in on us at least daily as well as seeing him in person throughout the property. Gilberto and Edwin in Oceana were wonderful each morning for our breakfast. It was wonderful practicing our Spanish with them.
