If you are looking for an all inclusive with great food find another hotel - we spent one night and left and moved to the Majestic and really enjoyed the entire experience especially the variety and quality of the dining options. The staff was wonderful and no matter what we needed we got it!

This resort is affordable and amazing. They take care of your every need even if you don't ask which is very very nice. My girlfriend was sick with a fever and they accommodated us and took care of us. I would definitely love to come back someday. Would recommend for somebody who's looking for a getaway with their loved one.

Another satisfied customer...
We have stayed here twice, 12/2020 and 12/2024. They have not slacked off in four years and even after an ownership change. It is a well maintained property and very easy to get acclimated to your surroundings. We would not hesitate on booking another trip with them.

9/10 resort Great for relaxing and enjoying the weather or beach. Not much of a party resort as it’s mainly couples and older families. - avoid the Greek restaurant as the food was pretty bad - the entertainment crew - Diego Alan and Pedro were great!

Dec 19, 2024Great Anniversary Stay with One Hiccup – Overall a Wonderful Experience at Secrets The Vine
My Wife and I recently celebrated our 21st anniversary at Secrets The Vine, and overall, we had a wonderful time. The resort is beautiful, with amazing views and a relaxed, adults-only atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful vibe of the property, with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beach was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pools as well. The drinks were always flowing, and the variety was great. We had no issues with the overall quality of the food — there were plenty of options, and we enjoyed most of our meals. However, we did encounter an issue with food allergies. Despite informing the staff in advance, we experienced a reaction to something we ate one evening. It was a bit frustrating, as it disrupted an otherwise enjoyable night. The hotel did address the situation promptly, but it was still a letdown during a special occasion. Despite that setback, the resort offered plenty of positives. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we enjoyed the dining options overall. The resort also made sure to acknowledge our anniversary, which was a nice touch. In summary, Secrets The Vine is a lovely resort with a lot to offer. While the allergy issue was disappointing, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. I would recommend it for a relaxing, adults-only getaway, but I’d encourage others to be clear and careful when communicating dietary restrictions.
