We had stayed here 3 years in a row and it has never disappointed us. Staff are so attentive to your needs. The Italian restaurant is our favorite! The bands were so fun at night. The pool and beach is clean and there are always towels available. The resort is fabulous and the beach area is just perfect. We will be back for another stay!

Love us some Secrets
Top notch staff and amenities. We have enjoyed each and every trip here. The people try so hard to meet your needs. Poolside entertainment and daily activities with something for everyone. Shout out to Arturo, Ibeth, Alberto, and Gustavo..... exceptional

Secrets The Vine Is a beautiful resort
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There were several entertainment options available. Our room was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean and the lagoon. Lots of restaurant choices and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Two of the restaurants had menu choices we found difficult so we skipped them. They did a really nice Super Bowl Party. It was windy everyday which we didn't love but not the hotels problem. We also don't care for the beach area for walking. It's really difficult to walk on due to the angle.

Best girls trip yet!
Secrets the Vine made our annual girls trip the best girls trip we have had yet! The pool service, entertainment team, hotel services, bars, and everything were phenomenal! Our hotel room had plenty of space and was always clean and provided everything we needed! If you needed anything extra they were always on top of it. The pool service, Arturo is your man to go to! He keeps your drinks cold and keeps them coming! Alberto is amazing too! Everyone is very attentive to every guest around the pool and makes sure everyone is taken care of! The entertainment team was phenomenal as well! They have plenty of activities going everyday and all day! Alan and Peter and the girls are absolutely amazing at what they do and keep everyone engaged in the activities! We loved them the whole time we were there and we had so much fun playing volleyball! There is so many options for bars around the resorts you will never go thirsty! The bar tenders are so nice and knowledgeable about everything and anything! They will make you special drinks and they are all so yummy and delicious! We will never forget our favorite bar tenders Eduardo, Alejandro, Johnathon and Roberto! To say the least we will be going back for sure!

I enjoyed my short stay at this resort. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of the hotel zone. The food was good. I would stay in preferred club if you can so you have access to a rooftop pool and specialty restaurant where the food is very good. The gym was great with a view of the ocean.
