Preferred club was GREAT! From the drinks, food, to service, all was perfect. Can’t wait to go again. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony on the 26th floor was amazing. The concierge, Carlos, provided excellent service. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent property.
Excellent Hotel, everything within easy walking distance, good for elderly parents in terms of distance, though there are stairs that cannot be avoid to get to pools/beach. Service was top notch. Immensely enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets, quality and selection were better than other secrets even. Views from all rooms quite excellent. Honeymoon suite for corner room was well worth it. Beach and water were such that water shoes not needed. Waves were at red flag (which we love) all week, so great for those who enjoy the waves, too rough for elderly to enter all week. Seaweed was present but tolerable, and I think a bit worse due to wind/waves then at other times. Several people found really nice sea shells as well. Easy to get from hotel to other areas around Cancun outside the resort as well.

Amazing staff, great relax and enjoy place!!
The place was really good, great food, great environment, great music, great dancing!!! Was very impressed with the attention and warmth of the staff. Manolo at the main restaurant was amazing and full of energy. He made our days more enjoyable. We got a good bye cake that made my wife cry in emotion. I had an amazing educational talk with José at the Olio restaurant which he manages and the staff was super friendly as well. Many thanks to José, Marcial, and Yazmin for an amazing specialty dinner. Totally recommended resort.

The good: Nice staff, confortable bed. The not so good: Food was lacking taste and flavor, cold, no tortillas ..had to wait in line to get some, no mexican flavors , no beautifull cheeses ( oaxaca), very very blend and boring. No huge fruit platters with papaya, pina, exotic fruits... We booked prefered club...hmmm....had to wait every night for diner at least 30 minutes and our last night, we had to order awfull food to our room because all the restaurants had a 40 minute wait. What a way to finish a vacation. The food at level 21 was cold, boring, and stale. Our room patio was a disaster because the hotel next door has ventilators that makes enormous buzz amd noise so you cant sit outside. The beach area is soooo small, no place for Club members, like sardines and music all the time. There is no place in this hotel were its peace and quiet. Even on level 12 there is music. We have been to Cancún at least 25 times ( and around the world) and this hotel is not a five star.
