This was my 5th time in this resort in the last 6 years and every time it exceeds my expectations. And I expect a lot. I am pretty hard to please and staff in this resort manage to do it every time. One of the best variety and quality of food and drink I've see in any resort.

No complaints. An overall positive time!
We had a phenomenal time. The property and staff were amazing. I'm so glad we made this choice for our visit to Jamaica. We felt like we really were welcome and right at home on this gorgeous property. Daily events and entertainment really made our stay perfect.

Jamazing Jamaica vacation!
This resort is beautiful! We stay here every year. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They take care of your every need. The food is great and they are several restaurants that offer a wide variety. The beach is clean with lots of chairs and huts for shade if desired. The preferred pool is clean and has a quiet atmosphere. The drinks are good, but not top shelf. The house wine is terrible but there is a nice menu of good wines to purchase. Overall this is our favorite place to vacation!

We stayed at the Secrets St. James during March, 2025. This is a "luxury" hotel and the value is just not there. I would rate it as a 3 star resort. Food is just average. Facility is beautiful, and majority (but not some) of the staff were good. Do want to thank for the following outstanding staff: Oshane (Altitude), Anika (Preferred Club), and Khydene (Breathless)

It was a relaxing vacation! The staff is amazing! Especially our Butlers Dane & Chase! And our favorite pool server Carrie Ann she’s the Best! Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and the nightly shows and entertainment keep you busy.
