    An amazing resort!

    I loved everything about this trip. This resort was clean, the staff were incredible and our favorite part of our stay was why we decided to go there in the first place…the beach! It was one of the most walkable, prettiest beaches that I have gone to. We enjoyed every second of our 10 day vacation and this resort went out of its way to make are we were happy and taken care of. I cannot stress at how wonderful all the staff were! I want to go back!

    Best vacation ever

    This resort exceeded all my expectations. The food was delicious, fresh and such a variety. The rooms were clean & well stocked. The staff went above and beyond to ensure you were happy and comfortable. The resort was beautiful and we cannot wait to return.

    Secrets RB Delievered a good time

    I expected Secrets to be good given the price and it delivered. The food quality was excellent. The steaks and burgers at the bluewater grill are far above typical resort food. I even enjoyed the house wine all week. The beach and pool are great and the drink servers are very attentative. Particularly Jose on the beach and Widdina and Lady at the pool. The shows in the plaza are great and worth staying up for. I am really worn out on latin american culture/dance shows. It was really nice to see some american style rock shows. We had a great time as couples laughing and joking with the staff. They are really motivated to help you have a good time. We appreciated Joenny at Himitsu, Danny and Anna at breakfast, Elkin at the French restaurant, Stephanie on the plaza and Edgar the DJ at the pool and nightclub. Francis was one of the managers who always looked out for us and made sure we were having a good time. The only knock against it is some questionable maintance items in the rooms. Sloppy caulking and paint, panels not aligned, mirror falling out of frame, broken sliding door handle. But those things really just made me chuckle I would definitely go back.

    Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, updated rooms. Delicious, healthy food and coffee. Beautiful views. Swim up bar, massages, walks on the beautiful beach?? Yes, yes, yes! Lots of clean, relaxing pools. Safe and comfortable vibe.

    Secrets Royal Dump . The only thing high class here is the price .

    Over priced not worth the money .Beds were horrible mattress very hard . Bedroom walls to thin could hear your neighbours talking . Had to ask nearly everyday for mini bar to be filled up , coffee and milk . We had a garden view room , well the view was a tip next door looked like a building site. Cocktails were nice during the day at night they were either nice or horrible . The bar staff at night some made nice cocktails , the guy inside the reception bar was clueless couldn't make a cocktail . Buffet at lunch time was terrible . The night entertainment if you could call it that . The bands were terrible , seen better bands in my local pub .Entertainment finished at 10pm at a adult only resort .The entertainment was outside the lobby there were 2 big fans to keep you cooler at 10pm they were shut off , then it was hot and sweaty . There was an open top nightclub so you could hear the music . If Yyou have a drink in the lobby you could hear the band . If you like somewhere peaceful in the evening to chat to your partner / family go somewhere else .The sports bar in the Dreams Resort was like a Nightclub blasting out loud music . A few evenings the Buffet Restaurant was shut so had to go to Dreams Buffet Restaurant . Sand flies on the beach . Vendors on the beach couldn't even walk to the sea for a swim without a vendor trying to sell you something . The Dreams Resort next door (family resort ) was much nicer , bigger pools . Tui Rep has a chip on his should so arrogant only interested in dealing with customers that are booking trips . If you want ice cream you have to walk to Dreams Resort . American Restaurant very nice food , Italian Restaurant very nice food . WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN . HYATT DESCRIBE SECRETS RESORTS AS LUXURY . Hyatt there is nothing luxury about Secrets Royal Beach . I WOULDN'T GO BACK TO A SECRETS RESORT IF YOU PAID ME .
