Beautiful place, not as quiet as before

This is a beautiful property, nicely renovated since last time we were here. If you have mobility issues, this is not a great place for you. Also, the hawkers on the beach were non-stop. Under our palapas well back from the shore in the Preferred Club Beach, every 5 minutes a vendor will pester you. They should have better security and encourage the vendors to stick to the shore. It would not be a safe place to leave a bag unattended since so many non-guests roam freely through the beach chair area. I came here to relax, not be solicited non-stop. I know other reviews said the same thing, so it's clear the resort does not plan to act on negative reviews.

Great experience!

Room was clean. Resort staff were attentive and very helpful. No complaints about the resort, food or staff. We would highly recommend to friends and family to check out secrets royal beach resort!! Ate every meal at the buffet, delicious food and tons of options.

We had a great trip at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana!

The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing! You get a private butler when you're in the Preferred Club, which I highly recommend. We had Manny as our butler and he was great! Omar was great too, he's a bartender at the Showtime bar and the night club. He made our trip a lot of fun. The staff is amazing; I spoke with probably 40-50 employees during our weeklong stay and had a great experience with every single person. They want to ensure you have a memorable trip. There are several pools and swim up bars, as well as a beach. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing cant wait to go back!

We had an amazing experience at Secrets Royal Beach! From the food and service to the pool, beach, and beautifully maintained grounds, everything exceeded our expectations. There were so many options to enjoy, and the resort truly delivered on all fronts. It met all of our group’s expectations—we couldn’t have asked for a better getaWay. Can’t wait to go again and send my client to go to this resort. I would recommend this resort 💯

Not all inclusive

On first appearance the hotel looks lovely. Not a good hotel for people with food allergies. Not a totally all inclusive hotel. We were asked to pay an extra $7000 to be able to use some of the restaurants and pool areas. And upto $180 a day to use covered sunbeds. Sunbeds around pool dirty and in a very poor state.
