This was a great resort. Very clean with lots of activities. The food was good, the entertainment through out the resort was top notch and entertainment director Luis was especially outstanding. He made our week even better. I would highly recommend this resort.

My husband and I came here for our 20th anniversary and it did not disappoint. The staff are all amazing and always willing to help out. Food wasn’t bad, typical for all inclusive…except for the Steakhouse, it was amazing! I didn’t give 5 stars for one reason, the beds are hard! Like so hard I woke up every morning with sore shoulders and a sore neck. Otherwise this place is great! Oh, we stayed on the Secrets side!

Amazing resort with an incredible butler!
This resort is absolutely stunning and was the perfect getaway that we needed. This resort has a lot of food options and activities for adults to enjoy. But the star of this resort was Jesus the butler. Jesus is the man and he deserves a raise for how hard he works. He was always extremely quick to respond to any need that we had. He made our stay more comfortable and relaxing than we could have imagined. He was always happy and went above and beyond to help us in any way that he could. Please request Jesus the butler and take care of him! Thank you Jesus for absolutely everything. If we come back to this resort, it will be because of Jesus’s hospitality.

Awesome Activities
The Secrets resort was the best resort we’ve been to! It was a very relaxing stay with very fun activities scattered throughout. I highly recommend Luis (activities director) he was so much fun! And I recommend attending the tastings with Antonio. We had the best time.

Amazing Vacay!!
We had an amazing vacation with family at Secrets Riviera Cancun! We stayed 7 days and wish it could have been longer. The food was excellent, pools were lovely, and the staff goes above and beyond!! Ask Luis at the preferred bar to make you a lavender martini!!! They are delish and he is a delight! Mar at the Secrets pool was the most wonderful server. We also had a super fun time with the entertainment staff...Luis, Steven and Andres...they made our days such a great time!!! This is our second time at this resort and we will definitely return!
