My wife and I had a marvelous time at this resort. It was our second visit, the first being 5 years ago. The "always smiling" staff provide outstanding service and the food is wonderful at all four of the dinner restaurants. We had a romantic private dinner at the wedding gazebo which exceeded all of our expectations.

Me and my wife love Secrets. And will always recommend secrets. However our stay this week was not secrets quality. Our preferred ocean side room was beautiful, secrets quality. However, the food and service was not. Was very common to sit at a restaurant and wait long time to get service. The staff was very dry, not secrets quality at all. There’s one waiter that really made it for us and that’s Christian from Oceana/Seaside. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He really was secrets quality. We explained the resort more than the front desk or concierge. The food was barely par. And they have a fly problem as well, we had to always be swinging our hands for flies wouldn’t get in our food . Me and my wife are still fans of Secrets but this resort needs attention on their staff , food and service. The resort is beautiful.

Awkward HBD but good!
Alex was amazing at Oceana! Very welcoming- only slightly embarrassed for the whole restaurant to sing me happy birthday, but superior service overall! Corn soup and muscles were star of show, unexpectedly. Better seasoned food than the rest of the resort here.

Wonderful Stay
Came for our Honeymoon and loved every minute of our stay! The staff were wonderful and we enjoyed all of the amenities. We took the art walk tour with Ivan and Delmer and they were excellent guides! The rooms are very comfortable and service was great.

Amazing place
The best resort ever, amazing food, the friendliest, funniest staff, helpful staff ever, I have Zero complaints, they exceeded our expectations and will be coming back next year because our experience was so great! Thank you!! I will also be bringing my son back for his senior trip as well
