We had the best experience. Excellent service. The food is very good. The servers are very accommodating. The first day we had dinner at Himitsu, our server named Roberto gave us an excellent service. Housekeeping are prompt and they do a good job.

Our Presents this year was an Engagement!
Beautiful Grounds Great Food but a shout out to our personal Pool Waiter Roberto Sanchez he was exceptional personable remembered all our names made our vacation extra special The activity staff Ivan and Axel were so fun! This was an Engagement and Christmas we will never forget!!!!!!

BIG shoutout to the GOATS: Roberto Sanchez and the activity guys, Axel and Ivan. The entire staff in general were super genuine and really gave us a beautiful experience. I hope to see them next christmas!! Miss yall already -Jagger and Kevin

Dec 27, 2024Great Resort, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, Preferred Club Level Recommended
Overall, it was a great vacation and Secrets Los Cabos was a very clean, safe and well appointed visit for 5 days/5 nights. We opted to upgrade to Preferred Club level room which provided ocean front view and more amenities. Definitely worth it. Room was fourth floor (we opted for stairs but elevator available) and fell asleep to sounds of ocean waves on shore every night. Sunrise was surreal and welcome way to start every day. Cleaning staff was also on point. Preferred Club pool was a bit too quiet but main pool was more fun. We split time between the locations. Spa was amazing - massages and hydrotherapy treatments were excellent and fairly consistent prices with other resorts. We did decline the timeshare/membership pitch at check in which required some firm but polite conversation to close out that sales effort. Preferred Club concierges were helpful but our dinner reservation at Himitsu was not honored by restaurant. Surprising and disappointing response when paying $700 increase for those amenities. Bell staff, waiters and bartenders were all friendly and helpful. Service slowed during busy times which is to be expected. Restaurants were all decent to positive. Oceana and El Patio stood out. Portofino (Italian) was marginal but great service. Will definitely consider staying at the resort again if sale/price is right. Preferred Club is definitely worth the money and will improve your stay experience. Other reviews knocked the decor (some said "dated") but we thought it was lovely and the landscaping was immaculately maintained. Pools were clean and staff were consistently friendly.

Fun
Preferred bar was fantastic! Great service from Guadalupe! Food is fantastic although restaurant is very slow. Service was great. Enjoyed many of the activities. Del Mar and Guadalupe were my favorite people there! Ivan also is very fun! Will definitely return again, but will plan for long restaurant waits!
