  Incredible week and wonderful weather…

  We just returned from a week on the property and we really enjoyed our stay. From the moment you arrive the property is pristine and the service impeccable. We were in building #2 and had a beautiful ocean view. They clean the room in the morning and in the evening. We did room service one time and have nothing to complain about. Most mornings we went to the buffet for breakfast, greeted by Ana, always with a smile. There was always a wide variety of choices along with an egg station. The Omelettes were delicious! The lunch buffet changed everyday which was nice and we also ate at the Seaside grill for lunch and Christian was a wonderful waiter. We ate at all of the restaurants with Himatu and Oceana being two of our favorites. At Himatu we asked Roberto to order for us and everything was delicious. At Oceana the food was delicious. Our first time there all of our fish was cooked perfectly to order and Analy was a wonderful server both times. On our second visit Jocelyn and Manuel prepared a special dinner for us and it was outstanding!!! They are both talented and gifted chefs that made it a very special evening for us. We enjoyed going to the pool everyday and really enjoyed Fernanda the pool concierge who helped us with a situation. All of the servers, Ramiro,and Prospero took wonderful care of us and Ivan and Frankie made the pool aerobics fun along with Delmer who always put a smile on everyone’s face. We really enjoyed getting to know the incredible staff. We will be back!!

  A nice place to go

  View and restaurants are well worth the experience. If you are a golfer, I am not, a great place to golf and not leave the resort. Rooms are very nice, service is great. Set your expectation that the ocean is not swimmable here but you have the pool and if you're lucky a swim out room with a view!

  Amazing experience!!!!

  Amazing service!!! 10/10!!! I would definitely go again! Food was amazing, so many fun things to do around the resort and extremely relaxing!! I’ll remember this trip forever. The room service was excellent always came back to a clean room!!!

  Secrets Puerto Los Cabos – Second Trip

  Our first trip to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos was in Aug 2023. Our most recent trip was for 7 days mid-January 2025. We elected to return after our prior wonderful trip. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The staff here are generally helpful, polite and kind. We are Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) members with Preferred status, including Preferred Check-in. Unfortunately, our check-in process left much to be desired, which was quite surprising to us. Not the best customer service – curt manner, no one showed us where our room was, and our luggage wasn’t delivered to our room (as we had been told). Our dining experiences varied, not only among the restaurants, but at the same restaurant. Himitsu – the sushi here was very good and they had a good selection. Our waiter, Angel, was very good. The Pho, is not Pho, and was inedible. The octopus entree dish was prepared with so much salt it was also inedible. The Ramen was excellent. El Patio – We had wonderful service at this restaurant both times we went there and the food was excellent. Our waiter Josue was very attentive. This was our favorite restaurant. Portofino – Our first dinner here was 5-star all around. Our waiter, Antony, was fantastic. Everything we were served was very, very good. Our second dinner there was a totally different experience; we were very disappointed. Oceana – We had breakfast here several times; the food and service were good. You also get to enjoy the beautiful view and to watch the whales. We also ate dinner here and the food was excellent. The wait staff at this restaurant were amazing, they really worked well together. Thank you! Market Café – One of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced within the brand. Their omelets are excellent! Thank you Lorena for your excellent service. Rendezvous Bar – Thank you to the staff at the lobby bar for taking such good care of us! Main pool - I want to thank Memo, our server. Thank you so much for all you did for us and keeping us in the shade! Housekeeping – Housekeeping was dead on, we always had clean towels and a clean room!

  Decent All Inclusive Resort w/very friendly staff

  We had a great time on our combination business & couples trip. The sunsets are some of the best I’ve ever seen and we enjoyed the drink service on the beach. The heated pools are a nice perk, as it does get chilly at night, and a bit windy at times. The resort grounds are gorgeous, but the rooms, while clean, appeared a bit dated. We upgraded and found our ocean view room to have a very limited ocean view, and the private balcony hot tub wasn’t private at all. However, the other preferred club amenities were nice; the preferred clubhouse, preferred pool, and upgraded drinks made it worthwhile. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, and we got a sense the employees genuinely enjoy working for the resort. We always felt safe, too. Over all, the food was okay; we enjoyed the street tacos poolside, the market cafe birria, and our dinner at Oceana was outstanding. I was so excited to have eggs Benedict from room service, but I’d probably avoid room service next time. The offerings are limited and the food was lukewarm and mushy. You can get better eggs made to order in the market cafe. Over all great trip. Just know you can’t swim in the ocean in Cabo, so as long as you go into your trip with that expectation, you’ll be fine. We enjoyed walking the beach, but after walking through waves, it was abundantly clear why you wouldn’t want to swim. The perk, however, is the whale watching. We brought binoculars but they also have them at the beach bar. We spent hours laying in the sun with drink service, watching the whales. It was fantastic!
