I went here for the first time and fell in love with Secrets! It is spectacular in every way! Also, Karen was my go-to server/Bartender! :) She was bartending on Friday, November 22nd, and made my trip! She was my go-to server daily because of her amazing customer service/energy! Thank you, Karen, for being you!! I hope you read this review! (^.^)

We have stayed in 5 star resorts in mexico before and this certainly wasn't 5 star in my opinion. Tired resort. Poor room service. Some restaurants we good such as the Japanese, our least favourite was the oceana. We paid for the privilege of using this for breakfast but we were not overwhelmed and only went twice. I don't think we would return.

Best vacation of my life
My partner and I went to Secrets. This was our first trip to Mexico. We completely enjoyed our time at this property. Staff were amazing and service was exceptional. Whats even better is the entertainment team at the resort that put on multiple activities during the day. From sports to dance lessons etc there is always something for everyone. Special shoutout to Memo for being awesome. He is simply the best. :) There were multiple restaurants featuring different cuisines and you could have access to the adjacent Dreams resort which was a lover perks. Special thanks to Herberth at Tides! I also proposed to my partner here and there was nowhere else i would have done it. Awesome property for you to relax, unwind and make memories with your closed ones.

Julio at Manatees bar
We are on day 9 of 14 here. First time at this resort, but have been at dozens of others. I will do a more in depth review when we conclude our trip, but wanted to take a moment to say that Julio, bartender at Manatees swim up bar, has been outstanding. Kind, professional, well spoken, with such a gracious attitude. We feel like we have made a friend who just happens to make our favorite drinks as well. Thank you, Julio. I know you are moving to another bar tomorrow. We will miss you!

Best resort ever!
Carlitos, Enrique, and Sexy Bryan made our trip. Best entertainment team from any resort I’ve been too by far! 10/10. Will be back next year! Great food, extremely polite staff, great drinks, and amazing views. Spa was also very good- great massages and hydrotherapy.
