    Friend getaway

    Excellent pool and seaside area. The service was amazing and we really enjoyed our time there. I went with friends and I would go back. They only difference is that I did not feel the swim up rooms were worth it. The water was cold and very shaded so no sun really. I think that the poolside or seaside would have been better. The room was very nice. My friends and I had a wonderfully relaxing time.

    Do NOT go to Secrets Playa Mujeres until after the renovation...

    The food was horrible. Beef was poor quality, and everything was overcooked to point it was simply not edible. There is no food service from the beach lounge chairs. As a VIP guest I was supposed to have alcohol and snacks in my room. There was none. The staff gave me a hard time when I tried to convert dollars into pesos so I could tip staff. The manager was resistant to me providing feedback but eventually met me to talk. The beds and pillows were like concrete. They are closing the resort in April to remodel. You can tell they didn't care and were waiting to shut down. I hope they fix things when they reopen, or they are simply putting lipstick on a pig...

    Wonderful time in a beautiful, relaxing all-inclusive resort.

    Beautiful, relaxing resort with helpful, caring staff. The Spa is incredible. The golf course was very enjoyable. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. The pool was great, except people would snap up deck chairs at sunrise, even if they were only using them for an hour or two. Sometimes it was difficult finding a seat. The restaurants were world class. We had a great time. Word of warning: Do not accept an invitation to sit through an Unlimited Vacation Club membership presentation. Whatever they offer you to sit through this high pressure pitch is not worth it.

    The rooms were amazing as always , the people , memo, jesus, Karen really made our stay extra special and of course Jamie and Martha, we had an amazing experience from start to finish , we are all ready looking forward to coming back to visit, adios

    Go experience this place!!

    This place was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely come back. It's closing down from April-December 2025, so am curious what they are all going to renovate. I did hear they will be adding a rooftop pool which sounds fun! We were curious how we would like it, after reading other peoples' reviews, but after going, we would definitely recommend!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We didn't have a bad meal the whole trip. We did the couples massage and they added hydrotherapy to it. Love that it is connected with Dreams (kids allowed there) so we could go at any point and eat/drink/swim there.
