    Great place to vacation

    We were there for a wedding and the resort did a fabulous job. The staff were great, especially Martha and Alejandro at the beach cabanas and Enrique at the Seaside Grill along with the golf cart drivers They do close for renovation and I hope the great staff return as they make the stay the best. Be sure to check out Dreams for their restaurants too.

    Spring break / mother son / senior trip

    This was a dream come true! Very friendly/helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Very clean rooms and resort. Safe was easy to use. Beautiful beach. Not busy or crowded. Could use more beach/lounge chairs. Fun activities to do daily. Check out the Dream side also if possible.

    Great resort, even better entertainment crew

    Great experience at the Secrets Resort! Food at all of the restaurants was great, including the buffet. The pool was super nice, and the beach area was beautiful. What really set the resort apart was the entertainment team, who made sure to quickly become friends with my whole group. Memo, Juan, Carlos, Felix, and more made sure to keep us having fun throughout our trip with their games, shows, and genuine desire to improve our experience. Only small complaints about the resort were uncomfortable beds and the small amount of beach/pool chairs.

    A time of celebration 2025

    Secrets Playa Mujeres has been our vacation home for years. When we arrived we were greeted by Diego from UVC. From the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated like royalty. We were upgraded to the plunge pool master suite with a breathtaking view of the beach. The restaurant were all on point and beyond excellent service. All the food was delicious no matter which restaurant you visited. It was sunny every day and the beach and pool were amazing. For Mike’s Birthday we had pool staff give us a special birthday party. Thank you Martha and all the staff for making us feel special. And if that was not enough the UVC club gave us another celebration beside the pool. Thank you Diego, Karina and all the staff for creating the magic you always do. This was one of our best trips ever. I highly recommend this to everyone who loves being pampered in paradise.

    Super underwhelming

    It has everything that you'd expect but a things make the overall experience quite poor, such as all the pool chairs are "reserved" before breakfast, some of the food is dodgy, and the £200 credit promised is nothing more than 5 or 10% discount vouchers for over-priced services.
