  Amazing!!

  Had the best time at this resort! The workers are so nice and personal. We felt like we were royalty every day. From joel and Celeste making sure our pool side experience was everything it could be! Our sister had a baby and was unable to attend, joel and Celeste decorated a beach towel with sand to welcome our new family member. Just so personal and caring! To Carlos keeping us hydrated and fed all day long! He was so fast for all of us and we had 8 of the 9 Bali beds rented out. Seriously the best service. The drinks and food were so delicious! Raquel made sure we got in every activity we wanted! I got to an activity too late and I did not want to do it by myself and Raquel knew I wanted a hat so she painted one for me. Seriously made my day!! Everyone just remembered who we were and our names and made us feel so welcomed. Cannot wait to take a trip back to this resort and see all of our friends we made again.

  Trip of a lifetime

  I don’t even know where to begin! My (now) husband and I got married there April 9th! 26 family and friends came for the wedding! We were married on the Portofino rooftop at 5 PM and got the BEST photos during sunset around 6:30 PM! We were greeted by our butler, Leticia, when we arrived, and she was with us in the evenings and nighttime! Our Butler Daniel was with us every morning we were there! Our trip was from April 5 through April 12. Between the two of them, my husband and I were taking care of from the moment we woke up to the moment we went to sleep! We absolutely loved them! They were more than just friendly. They actually cared about how our trip was going. My husband would forget his feet if they were not attached to him.. I can’t even tell you how many times Leticia or Daniel had to track his shoes down from the beach or the pools. The funniest thing is they did it within minutes! They would ask where we were going to dinner and recommend food options that they thought we would like (which let’s be real was seriously all of them. The food is outstanding.) I just felt like they did more than their call of duty! It made us feel so loved, and cared for! The pool staff was phenomenal!! Between Joel and Celeste, there was not a minute that one of them were not checking up on us if we needed sunscreen or aloe or if the service was slow (which was an easy no the service was outstanding! Carlos is probably the most efficient and quick footed waiter I’ve ever seen in my life!) we rented eight out of the nine Bali beds the day after our wedding so that our friends and family had a place to hang out together. Joel and Celeste made sure that our group of 26 people felt like royalty! That is another thing, Daniel would come to the pool to make sure that we were having fun and that we were being cared for! It was a very full circle experience! I am not kidding when I say there is not a moment that I didn’t feel like someone was asking me what I needed! And sometimes they just brought stuff anticipating my needs! (The aloe Vera cream for sure!) my oldest sister, was unable to attend the wedding, because she had a baby during the week that we stayed there! Joel and Celeste made a towel art for her so that we could take a picture and she felt like she was there! Not only that, but Joel went out of his way to purchase a few gifts for her in downtown Cancun “ for the sister who couldn’t be here”! When he brought me the little coin purse in the pocket watch for my dad, I was in tears. When I say that the service is excellent, I mean it. They went FAR beyond the expectations. Raquel circulated the pool doing different things such as bracelet making and hat painting! My younger sister was at lunch when the hat painting was about to take place and she missed it. Raquel came up to her and gave her the hat that she made during the class so that my little sister didn’t feel left out of the group! Everyone was just so incredibly thoughtful! My wedding coordinator was Itzel, and she did everything she could to make sure that my wedding was the wedding of my dreams! I went with dream, art photography for my wedding. I know a lot of people like to bring in photographers but I just felt like I needed a photographer that lived there and knew how to capture the sun and boy did they! Ayelea was our photographer and she was so easy to work with and captured the most beautiful pictures I’ve ever seen in my life! Neal McCoy was also at the resort during our stay- I ran into him at lunch the day before my wedding and told him what a huge fan I was of him from when I was a little girl growing up. Neal McCoy got in touch with my wedding coordinator and sang at my wedding! LIKE WHAT?! When I say the week that we had was absolutely magical, I mean the week that we had was absolutely magical!!!!! Itzel did a fantastic job working with the wedding vendors and bringing my vision to life! Huge shout out to Itzel!!! The food was absolutely amazing. We are still talking about the snicker bars we had at Cocoa Café, the breakfast omelettes at market Café were completely unmatched, the steak fillet at Oceana restaurant, we even got my cowboy father to try sashimi at Himizu! Eric was our server at Seaside Grill, and he was not only very attentive, but also hilarious! The food was stellar. The drinks were not only delicious, but also gorgeous. The beds were soft and amazing. The sand is the softest sand I’ve ever put my feet into. If you are looking at booking a resort and want to be treated like absolute royalty this is the place for you. I’m going to include some pictures! After eight days and seven nights in paradise, I was ready to come home to reality, but I was so sad to leave. It’s so easy to vacation when the people you meet that take care of you for the week also become friends! We are already planning a reunion trip for next year. I will be looking for all the staff that I mentioned because they became friends! It was so easy to get attached to them as they weren’t just workers they are AMAZING people!

  One of our best Secrets

  The resort is so beautiful and so easy to go everywhere. The food was amazing and the drinks. The beach is long to walk just what we love. All the staff is wonderful always a great smile. They make you feel like king and queen. Thanks to our butler Eddy and Ana you were incredible. We will be back. 💓🥰

  Relaxing Vacations

  Had a Fantastic time at this amazing facility. The beautiful landscape has grown so much since last year we were there. It’s really starting to fill in. Leticia Esparza and Daniel Rivera our Butler’s were very attentive, but not overbearing, making sure that we had everything we needed, keeping us informed of the daily activities at the hotel. Highly recommend the Jungle pool if you want a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, Ever and Daniel very polite and entertaining. Used the gym few times, super clean and Ivette very knowledgeable. The SPA top notch we loved it and had a great time with hobby. Everything from check in to leaving the resort was exceptional, smooth as glass. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that took care of us so they could get the acknowledgment that they deserve and although this is a nice all-inclusive resort, you should remember to always take care of the waiters and staff because they do go above and beyond to take care of you every day. We enjoyed all the restaurants. Typically we spend 90% of our time at the beach but this time there was a heavy wind event that was there the entire stay and we were forced to stay at our swim up pool.   Had the best time at Secrets Playa Blanca

  We just got back on Friday and we wish we were still there! Everything was amazing! The service was some of the best service that we have received at an all-inclusive and the food was great! Our bartender Caesar was amazing. His espresso martini is the best, but our biggest shout out is to our butler Eddy/Eduardo. They made sure that we needed for nothing and made our trip extra special. We will definitely be back.
