    MUST VISIT

    4 night stay, and it wasn’t enough. This resort has it all! The rooms were spotless, the beds so comfortable, awesome views even with a standard view room. Loved the different pools. Bali-bed rentals with private service if you’re looking for quiet relaxation!The beach was breathtaking. Each restaurant was fabulous, showcasing amazing food from French to hibachi! And the service, I can’t say enough how pleasant every, single, resort employee we came across was. They are genuinely happy you’re there, and do all that they can to make your stay the best it can be! This is THE adult only all inclusive hotel. Secrets Mexico is the place to go!

    Fantastic week

    Leticia and Bernie were our concierge and they were fantastic! Making reservations for us, keeping us informed of the day’s activities and keeping our room clean and stocked! Loved the resort and all the staff were so friendly and attentive The preferred lounge bar drinks were the best, the bartenders were super friendly and fun-always making special drinks for us

    A great relaxing, fun filled resort

    Put this resort on your travel list... Newer property about an hour north of the airport. My first take away is of the staff. From check in to check out. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and very accomadating. If you're going to relax, this adult-only resort is a big postive. A huge shout out to our butlers Belen and Daniel who really made the week a wonderful experience. All of your little extras made it well worth upgrading our room with a swimout pool. THANK YOU BOTH. Our room was perfect. Comfortable beds and clean. The restaurants were good and of course the staff were great. The entire resort, rooms and pools were very clean, well kept and enjoyable. Already have this on our list to return.

    Best time ever.

    This resort was amazing. The overall cleanliness, service, food, accommodations were fantastic. The staff was especially good. Professional, friendly, efficient. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Thank you to Rafi and Jen, our butlers who were a text or friendly smile away whenever we needed them.

    Outstanding staff.

    The best secrets resort so far. We are UVC members and have been to at least 8 resorts in the chain....Breathless, Now, Secrets. The staff at this resort made the difference. The resort itself is beautiful and very well laid out but the staff from cleaning staff to garden maintenance was excellent. I have never said HOLA to so many staff ever. It was like being home. The beach is long and beautiful.. Quite windy at times but not a deal breaker. We walked between 6 and 7 kms on the beach many times. All restaurants had great food and the breakfast selections were fresh and a ton of variety. Ana and Christian at the Market Cafe were smiling all the time and very helpful and catered to everything we needed. Antonio in the Coco Cafe was always smiling and remembered our coffee and snack selections every day. We definitely will return.
