    Good times

    The place is great! We stayed in the preferred club Seaview room and it really was something! Massive jacuzzi on the balcony. The place is just really nice and the service even better! Cheers to Gustavo and Duran! The two blokes were unreal! Highly recommend coming here

    Relaxing resort with great restaurants and a beautiful beach

    Incredible new resort with beautiful designs inside and out. It has a nice variety of restaurants with very good food. We stayed in a Preferred Club room with an ocean view. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our butlers Adrian & Alejandro went the extra mile, they even helped make my wife's birthday more special with a banner and food.

    AMAZING

    This property is amazing …. We’ve been to Mexico over 10 times and this is one of our favourite… restaurants are all good… preferred service and pool are definitely worth it!! Gustavo and Duran were amazing butlers… Jose at sea side grill was the BEST!!! Highly recommend this property!!

    Amazing First Trip to Cancun

    Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca was amazing. We came for a business trip and extended our stay plus upgraded room because we loved it so much. We had the most amazing butler service from Duran and Gustavo absolutely exceptional. The room was always keep clean and restocked. The food on the resort was absolutely wonderful and the drinks were always refreshing and relaxing. The beach is incredibly soft as well. We will attend this resort again for sure and request to have Duran and Gustavo as our butler team while visiting. Thank you for an amazing experience.

    Fabulous Stay

    Just returned. The service in all aspects was over the top. Gustavo and Durant were fantastic butlers they did everything for us, very pro-active to make sure we what was going on. At the Preferred Pool Celeste, Elias, and Martin were awesome. One of the best Secrets we have stayed.
