  All great, EXCEPT the fitness facility

  Everything was absolutely fantastic (food/grounds/staff) except for the fitness facility. It is the worst gym we have ever seen at a resort. If they would invest in their gym to compete with ALL the other resorts, this location would get the highest rating.

  Expected better

  We were a little disappointed with this location. The buffet was surprisingly good but the other specialty restaurants were often hit or miss. Great spa. Poor poolside drinks. Great cafe. Not so great Preferred Club experience. Was hoping for a better experience overall.

  We’ll be back!

  Hands down the best UVC experience in the past 9 years. Aranza set us up with the best taco experience with the only complaint of me eating too much food. Sergio is a fantastic part of the entertainment team. We also love Gabby, Jose, Jessica, Yesenia, and the chaman from the vow renewal. That ceremony was so special. We will be back!!

  2nd trip and we still love it

  My husband and I stayed at Moxche in 2023 for our honeymoon, and we loved this resort so much we chose to book again for March 2025. Our stay did not disappoint - Moxche still had all the incredible elements that we loved our first stay. We were preferred ocean view room, I absolutely loved waking up to the ocean view every morning. I will continue to recommend this resort to family and friends based on both of our great experiences. This resort has everything we love - a great layout, amazing hardworking staff, beautiful clean grounds, incredible food, and great entertainment. As far as food goes, the food is fresh and delicious and has sone of the most consistent delicious food that we have seen in Mexico. We love breakfast at the market cafe, the buffet is fresh and there are so many selections. Our favorite spot for lunch was the observatory which is a preferred lunch spot, the food was delicious and you cannot beat the views. For dinner, we love allora and ember. But my favorite part of this resort is the roads through Mexico dinner event on Tuesday night. Save your appetite and do this for dinner, it is incredible! The staff at Moxche works tirelessly to make each guests stay special. I wanted to highlight a few staff that went above and beyond for us to make our stay memorable. The pool concierge at the main activities pool, both Jaime and Victor were absolutely incredible. They checked in to make sure we were okay, moved our umbrella, gave complimentary cleaning of our sunglasses and remembered our names and greeted us each morning. We absolutely loved the service we received from them! Dark Horse was our preferred hang out spot each evening as we waited for our dinner buzzer to go off. Pedro and Andres were incredible bartenders, crafting delicious cocktails, they were so friendly and worked so hard each night to keep everyone's drinks flowing. Our standout server during our night stay was Antonio at Allora. Although it was our 3rd time eating at Allora during the week, he was so incredibly helpful, friendly, engaging and provided incredible service ! His energy was unmatched and he made our final dinner at Moxche so memorable. My favorite thing about this resort is the live music. I believe this adds such an incredible vibe to the entire resort and you don't see the live music at this level at an all inclusive. Some of our favorite acts were at the activities pool - Paula, Guacamole Strings, and Dos Argos were the names of the acts that I caught. But truly, the live music around the resort - at breakfast, at the lagoon pool, at the activities pool, it was my favorite part of this resort. A final shout out to the entertainment team - I did not get all of their names but I do remember the names Monica and Daniella. All members of the entertainment team work tirelessly to bring fun and engagement to the resort. They work their butts off each day running activities, interacting with staff and making it a fun environment for everyone. The moxche entertainment staff always amazes me and does an incredible job

  Girls Trip Mexico

  My friend & I stayed for 8 nights, I now wish we had done more nights!!!. The resort is absolutely stunning!!!! The views are to die for. The food was fresh & delish. The restaurant staff were so friendly & polite. The Entertainment team did such an amazing job of putting in quality entertainment , our evening entertainment every night were so memorable & fun ! The afternoon events by the pool were so much fun. Shout out to Christian who knew & called out my name every time he saw me , Aranza was such a delight & always so cheerful & engaging! Then there is also Daniel who convinced us to have a spa (we were going to have this anyway but he tried 🤣), Josek, Sergio, Daniella, Alberto, Regina & Miguel these guys were absolutely amazing…. I will definitely be back ❤️
