    The best experience you can have - Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

    The trip to Maroma Beach exceeded my expectations. Everything from the food, entertainment and service were top notch! Our company held their event at the resort and everything went as planned and our guests were very impressed. Special thank you to the sound and video crew that worked both receptions and our business meeting. Very impressed!

    Always a great resort

    We have been enjoying this resort for a two weeks stay since 2016. It is a great quality resort with an amazing beach. Once again we appreciated the staff quality . A special thanks to Gabriella (manager of the world Café) to Freddy, Lui and the Rebecca (who make great omlets). Make sure to have the quality pizza from Louis ( el mejor pizza cocinero ).

    Luxurious Secrets Maroma

    Secrets Maroma is a beautiful resort with excellent food and entertainment. The preferred areas are worth the money. The service is fantastic. Our concierge-Guillermo, housekeeper-Elia, mini bar-Jobeli were the best providing excellent service and advice. Guillermo booked everything for us. We felt like royalty. Zayda our Unlimited Rep was also fantastic-so helpful. The wine sommelier is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

    Always, always dependable!

    When you come to Cancun, you are hoping that you will have a beautiful beach experience. The beach area at Secrets Maroma was beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds keepers. kept everything looking ship shape. The pools were beautiful and I was able to use the infinity pool to swim laps right along the edge so as not to disturb. we had easy access to poolside chairs and again with the help of the staff umbrellas for shade. What I think will please you the most is theSERVICE.. Check-in was easy. Management of our luggage automatic.. Our room was well cared for. The staff that you interact with will always try to make you feel at ease. I have some honorable mentions to share with you. these folks are some of the outstanding five star team. World Cafe- Freddy,Jose Estrella Oceana -Gerson octopus, clams, Beet salad was spectacular Himitsu Félix Bordeaux Portofino Beach Service- Wilberth Daniel Elam chairs Poolside Eder Antonio Beach Concierge Antonio, who goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we could need.
