We visited this resort for our 1 year wedding anniversary and this was our 2nd trip to this resort. We loved every minute of it, besides the rain, but we can't change the weather. Miguel was our butler and went above and beyond for us. He helped us get more comfortable pillows when we didn't like the ones in the room. He put a beautiful rose display on our bed for our anniversary and arranged everything we needed. We loved the food, service, drink selections, room service and pools. We stayed preferred and had access to a private pool and 2 extra restaurants for breakfast and lunch. We can't wait to return!

Best Experience
The experience was beyond our expectations! Our Butler Carlos was the best. He catered to every need and request that we had. I will truly recommend the hotel and definitely Carlos as your butler. The entire staff was extremely gracious and hospitable to us.

What a great place
My wife and I were there last week for our 30th anniversary. What an amazing place. Treated like royalty from the minute we walked in til the minute we left. Anabel was there every step of the way, he is by far an amazing worker as well as person. Made us feel some at ease and nothing was too much to ask for. And he's one of the only people at SCC bigger than me, lol. We were upgraded to a suite that was absolutely breathtaking, ocean view that was incredible, thanks to the worker at the preferred desk that made it happen. We sat daily on the preferred beach, quiet during the morning hours, just how we like it. The people working there, Angela, another person, nicknamed "Lazy" (but not lazy) and Maria were so attentive. By day 2, we were set up with towels, buckets of waters(and drinks) ready for us, always a smile and couldn't do enough. Big shout out(didn't get there names) to 2 guys at the breakfast and Lunch Marketplace buffets...we had omelets daily and was made to perfection each time with a big hello and smile. And lunch a nice bowl of pasta also incredible. Afternoons were spent in the poolside bar, Manuel, Ariel, Sandy and 1 other(forget name..see picture) were AMAZING...ordered a drink once and never asked again, was just there waiting for us. Manuel made sure my wife had here special drink(s), he went above and beyond to make her happy. It was also great having a conversation with him about life, his family, just a great person. The lobby bar was the nightly spot, we met a few servers that all took such great care of us. Overall SCC did not disappoint and we highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back HOME

Constantly cleaning & replenishing public restrooms on resort! Our butler, Miguel, Maria, Noamie, & several others took excellente care of us & welcomed us home! Loved preferred club with swim out pool! Dominican breakfast at Rosewater Grill was my favorite meal!

Best Vaction spot
Being here was like experiencing a piece of Paradise. The staff served with a very excellent spirit. A very happy place and very accommodating to our needs. I definitely will return again to this beautiful resort. The staff expressed how great it was to work here. It showed in the service we received. Excellent!!!
