    Kulinarischer Traumurlaub mit Maya-Kultur und Cenoten-Tauchen - Service eine glatte 10

    Wenn der Flug nicht so weit wäre würde ich dort jeden Urlaub verbringen. Service, Concierge für jedes Gebäude, Whirlpool im Zimmer, King-Size-Betten höchster Qualität, tolle Pools mitten im Urwald und jeden Abend kann man als Menüliebhaber mit einer kulinarischen Weltreise mit einem 4- oder fünf-Gänge-Menü verbringen - Italien, Frankreich, Japan, Mexico, Steak- und Fischhaus. Aperitiv, Sekt, Weinkarte und Digestiv, was will man mehr. Ach tolle Shows hätte ich fast vergessen wie im Zirkus oder im Urwald auf dem Pfad der Maya-Kultur. Tolle Performer auf der Bühne. Eine Information wofür das Hotel nichts kann: Die globale Wassererwärmung führt zum Anspülen von Algen. Die Mitarbeiter am Strand räumen diese jeden Tag weg. Die Korallen zum Schnorcheln sind in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Trotzdem kann man Barakudas, Stachelrochen, Adlerrochen, Thunfische und Wasserschildkröten sehen. Sehr schön sind hingegen die Tauchpunkte mit tollen Fächerkorallen. Zwar ist das Riff nicht so farbenfroh, dafür sieht man aber Ammenhaie, Barakudas und Schildkröten sowie Korallenfische. Auf dem linken Teil des öffentlichen Strandes befindet sich eine erfahrene Tauchschule. Fragt nach Louis, er ist ein erfahrener Tauchguide mit 26 Jahren Erfahrung. Am öffentlichen Strand werden ab 9 Uhr viele Schnorchler meist bis zu 100 Personen zu den Schildkröten gefahren, also schnorchelt vorher zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr dann ist schon hell. Und wer Lust hat sollte die Cenote Los Ojos betauchen. Wunderschöne Tropfsteinhöhle komplett unter Wasser.

    Siblings Get Away

    Wonderful! Ocean & property are spectacular, food is excellent & service so personal & attentive. Special thanks to Montserrat, concierge Diana & Leidy, Alejandro & Luis at the Bali needs, Alejandro at Barracuda Bar. sommeliers Paula, Santos & Alberto, Esteban at the Bali Beds, & grounds keeper Roselin for his happy & friendly chats.

    Top notch service

    This resort was lovely! My partner and I just spent a week there and had an incredibly relaxing time. We are not party people and this resort was perfect for us. The service was so good that it took us a few days to get comfortable with being waited on hand and foot. The staff there would anticipate your needs and take care of you before you even had a chance to ask. Ruben, the concierge at the quiet pool was stellar. He saw that we didn’t have shade and were uncomfortable in the sun and brought an umbrella over without us even asking. He later brought us a table for our drinks, again without us saying a word (we try not to be demanding people). Jesus in the preferred club made our checkout day so much brighter, providing us with top shelf tequila shots and delicious blackberry margaritas before we departed. This resort is truly 10/10. No complaints!

    Love the property and staff!

    The absolute best experience! Immaculate property with pristine pathways of lush green vegetation and flowers. Who new I could be pampered and cared for on vacation this much....hands down the best staff they are the reason we returned! We were welcomed back home...

    Great couples getaway spot

    Beautiful resort, very well maintained and exceptional service. Loved the pools and beach. Restaurants exceeded expectations. One annoying part was the lack of chairs by the pool/beach, you have to go down and get them early, but that’s consistent with other AI resorts. Also the preferred club probably isn’t worth it, but the personal check in was nice. Would go back!
