Wonderful Visit
We are repeat visitors to Samsara, and we had another fabulous stay there. Merlene is a whiz at tending to the details of our booking, making sure we have our refrigerator reserved and the room we request. She is an absolute treasure. Junior picked us up from the airport and we had a nice ride to Negril. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and checked in quickly. The grounds are lush and beautiful, even after damage from the storms. Kudos to Melvin, George and crew for making Samsara always look like a paradise. And our room was so inviting, with pink flower petals strewn here and there. Makes you really feel like you are in a special place. At the bar, Tina and Marcia are the best bartenders - always with a smile and a yummy drink. Jennifer at the front desk is always so welcoming and helpful - we had a burned out lightbulb on the deck and she got it replaced super quick. The views are beautiful and peaceful, there are plenty of lounge chairs in various spots on the property, and the music from the bar is nice to listen to while we float in one of the pools. Georgia makes the best omelets for breakfast, and the ackee and sailfish was delicious. The buffet in the evening with live music was such a wonderful treat. Staff made the outdoor dining area look so pretty, and the food was fabulous. We took advantage of the free shuttle to Legends to visit the beach one afternoon which was fun, but we really prefer the chill vibe of the cliffs. And Samsara’s location is perfect - choice of restaurants and a market within walking distance, with Peter and crew making sure you get safely across the street when needed. We had a wonderful visit, as always, and are looking forward to returning next year.

Great hospitality and quiet.
I stayed at samsura hotel for week with my family including young children. I made a request in advancefor certain floor and this was done. Staff Tina who works mainly in bar was welcoming and knew us by name and children's name. Kimmy and charm was also welcoming accommodating. Merline receptionist and other receptionists was helpful and also greeted us. Only critism is that rooms could be cleaned better. Dust around skirting boards. The male who cleans the corridors was great and also brought my suitcase down as he could see it was heavy. He was friendly. Overall after a delayed flight the staff provided excellent hospitality and customer service. Hotel facilities pool clean and sunbeds clean. Loads no need to reserve with towell. I had a sea view in lux rooms which was amazing. Pool depth: Paddle pool for infants. Second pool: 8 foot deep. Infinity long rectangle pool 4 feet deep

Worst Ever Experience
Horrible experience. Waited 25 minutes for a drink while 5 staff stared at us and then left the resort. Poor food and selection of food. Was told to buy my own coffee for the coffee maker. Antiquated shower with no water pressure whatsoever. Do not waste your money on this place.

It was ok I have had better
The cottages definitely need a upgrade! Old and mo water pressure and no hotwater. We complained they changed a valve didn't do much for it. Nails sticking out of the wood boards on the decks that were rotten. Otherwise the staff were great! The cliffs beautiful but no beach.
