Great Stay
We had an amazing view of the ocean from our room! The rum punch was quite nice as well. Staff was very friendly, and there was something to do on the resort, or off of the resort every day. I am most satisfied with my stay, I can’t wait to visit again.

Quiet and relaxing hotel
Nice hotel, amazing staff! Tina the bartender was amazing! Very helpfull and attentive) jumping from cliffs was fun despite some days it was not available because of rain. They also do free shuttle bus to 7mile Beach and live entertainment twice a week

Great little resort with character
This is definitely not a mega resort like Sandals, Royalton or Beaches. I’m used to those. It is a pleasant change. The staff is friendly, the food is great. Views, spectacular, especially the sunsets. But for this mega-resort types, be aware: 1 bar, and two restaurants, but only one restaurant is included in the all-inclusive, so not a huge variety of food options (but all of them good, but not the best for picky eaters). There is no swim-up bar, but those are gross anyway, right? 😬 We stayed in ocean view rooms in the older section. Lots of character in those buildings. Loved it, but they were a bit quirky. If there were 2 issues I’d say we had, I’d say some issues with hot water in the room, and the spa seemed to be out of pedicure supplies. Advice for people considering the resort: 1. Don’t expect a mega resort, 2. Consider the “European plan”. You can still use all the amenities, you just “pay as you go” for food and drinks. Plenty of great food options in the area

10 out of 10 only regret is that i didn’t book off more time.
I can’t say anything less than what a great experience for me. First time travelling alone and the staff and the samsara resort couldn’t have made me anymore comfortable. My room was so nice and frequently maintained. The view is absolutely stunning and the drinks and food kept me afloat hahah. They also have a bus that leaves at 10am that leads to their sister hotel on the 7mile island and heads back at 4pm which is was more than enough time to spend on the beach. I’d like to give a special shout out to my favourite kind heart, information beacon and of course bartender Teena coach! It wouldn’t have been the experience that it was without her. Also Mr reed always doing a great job with service does not go unnoticed. Again thank you samsara resort I know this is getting long but it was a memorable experience for me that I hope to do again sooner than later.

Fantastic staff! Stunning views!!
Samsara was an absolutely lovely hotel, the staff, the grounds, the atmosphere were 10/10. I was given a free upgrade when I arrived to the ocean side view which I was very appreciative for as I was planning too, but I feel this room let's the hotel down it is very small and basic and quite dark (2 main things I didn’t like was there was 1 plug outlet across from the bed which was a nuisance, the other issue was how dark the room was even with light on -provided these are my personal minuscule annoyances) I then upgraded again to the deluxe side of the property and my gosh the complete difference is outstanding the property is very bright well lit with glass panel door allowing for natural lighting aswell and the most incredible view of the ocean if youre lucky dolphins swim passed aswell, also a few more plug outlets the main being at the side of the beds and a very spacious room. The grounds of the hotel are kept clean and presentable at all times which is lovely to see. EVERY SINGLE staff member is hospitable and very very accommodating no ask is too big or too small they genuinely are happy to accommodate and you can tell they enjoy their time there. The hotel wasn’t full (which I loved) so maybe this counts as to why but would have loved a few more activities/games with the staff. The shuttle to the sister hotel Legends is very handy also. All in all my time here at samsara was amazing and I for sure for sure will stay here again every single time I come to Jamaica. 9/10
