    Hit or Miss

    Having access to the beach out back is very nice. If you're looking for a party/club atmosphere this is the place for you. The food was very hit or miss. The restaurants save for the steakhouse and sports bar were good. But you can't guarantee the food at the buffet will be hot when served unless you watch the in house cooks make it for you. The elevators in this building are a pain, though, and there are no stairs the guests can access from the third floor up. But the people there are very helpful and try their best. I would still go back again.

    We Love Cancún

    I loved everything about the Royalton. The moment you arrive to departure they treat you like a true Queen and King.. We truly appreciate our butlers Ricardo & Alexander. They were the best, very nice, detailed and professional. They made our stay feel so much like home and helped us navigate throughout the resort and explore the life in CANCUN. We thank you and appreciate you. Highly recommend 10/10.

    Without a doubt the best hotel in Cancun

    This is without a doubt the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms, facilities and services is beyond compare. Certain servers when above and beyond for their guest, these included: Elmer, Martin and Brayan. I am already planning another trip to Cancun and will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for everything.

    Great Food, Great Hotel, Great People, Great Times!

    I travelled to this resort solo over the holidays and have nothing but great things to say. Any concerns I had (and they were nothing more than mishaps) the staff at this resort were willing to bend over backward to address the issue. The buffet had the best spread out of any buffet at a resort I have been to, and as someone who enjoys his food, I opted out of the A La Cartes a two different nights, not to settle for the buffet, but rather go to the buffet by preference. The restaurants were good, with the Hunter’s Steak House being my favourite. The Hotel itself is modern and very well kept and the fitness facility is one of the best I’ve used at a resort. The grounds were clean and the Vibe Entertainment Team did an excellent job of creating a fantastic vibe throughout the week and holidays, including Christmas Eve and Day. The beach was well maintained and the atmoshphere and vibe created was infection, making the patrons at the resort one of the best I’ve ever been around at a resort. Every staff member I encountered was amazing and honestly made the best efforts to ensure you enjoyed your stay at the resort. In fact, I would leave money for the cleaning staff everyday and they would not take it. I had to call “Housekeeping” and request the person who cleaned my room to re attend and collect their tip. Nayeli from the Buffet and Antonio from Vesta are two employees that were standout during my stay (and all others were fantastic as well.) I will 100% be coming back to this resort.
