    Resort

    Best place ever. I absolutely love this. Enrique Hernandez was absolutely amazing and courteous. The room service was phenomenal. I love it here and I would love to come back. The Place is great and it is very soothing. The shower is phenomenal.

    Royalty Vacation with our friends and Marisol

    We absolutely loved our vacation at the Royalton Chic. The staff is amazing and so kind and friendly. Marisol our butler made us feel so special, always checking on us many times a day. Always restocking our fridge. She was truly perfect Butler. And her partner Steffie was also an amazing person. She always had time to talk and check in on us. They were so dedicated to our vacation.

    Great resort

    We had a great week at Royalton Chic Cancun, despite the weather not cooperating. We have been repeat visitors to Royaltons in Mexico, as well as Punta Cana. The food at the restaurants was very good and consistent with other Royaltons. The buffet was ok and definitely had something for everyone. We were Diamond Club and enjoyed the perks to go along with that. Our butlers Iran and Sandra were what made that service exceptional. They checked in daily and were always available. I would highly recommend them! The diamond club checkin/checkout process was excellent. The lounge was great for quick drinks or a snack. I will say I find the area very small and definitely something they could expand on in the future. Diamond club beach staff were fantastic always so attentive to set up chairs and servers/bartenders were great!

    Was Not Impressed!

    The check in process was long, the lobby had a strong scented smell and the time share people were ready to pounce. The elevators were beyond slow. Our ocean front room was very nice but we switched to a different room away from the service elevator ( very loud). Breakfast buffet was small but had good variety. Lunch options were ok. All outdoor / beach seating. Pizza was the best option. Coffee shop was good.Munchies was ok. Service was excellent. Very clear on the beach between diamond club and everyone else. Beach is pretty good. Chairs have towels on them for hours before people show up ( if they do). Best to make dining reservations in the middle of the night. Chops was awful.Steak house was fine. Italian was good. Mexican was disappointing. The entertainment team at the pool was loud with the same stuff every day. Excepted more for the price. Been to Mexico many times but won’t be back to this hotel.

    Cancun birthday girls trip 2025

    I absolutely LOVED our Butlers Arturo and Samara!!! They were amazing!! Also the Vibe team killed it!! Fernanda, Willy, Gisel, Alexander, Jossie, Luigi, Adrian!!! Our pool server Anhi was fantastic too!! They definitely make sure you enjoy your time and feel at home! Made my stay wonderful!! 10/10 will come back!
