What We Love
- It's an all-inclusive family fiesta on the beach with everything you want - and more.
- The kids club with buckets of activities and the Noah's Ark waterpark for splishy-splashyness.
- Descending into blissdom during a stress-smashing massage at the spa.
- The relaxing pool for the adults where doing absolutely nothing is the main activity.
Things to Know
- The airport is just 15 minutes from the airport. You'll have a cocktail before you can say "beach."
- Don't miss horseback riding and whale watching between December and April. Bucket Listers, for sure.
- Taking a boat ride out to get a gander of El Arco is a must-do. (No, really, it is.)
- Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

Pool cocktail service is exceptional
Went for spring break with two families, 4 kids ages 5-13. Resort is very good for the price point. Buffet is very meh. Breakfast in particular left us desiring more compared to other all inclusives. Service across the board is 5 stars though. Daniel and Eduardo are some of the best pool servers I’ve had. Very attentive and charming. Neymar in hospitality was absolutely wonderful.

Spring break
Great pool service. Daniel and Eduardo were top notch. Food could be improved. We loved the coffee bar and the pastries but the buffet and nightly restaurants weren’t easy to get into. It was much better to go across the street and eat dinner there.

Pool Activities and Beach Volleyball
Alexandra from the pool activities is simply amazing, she is such a hard worker and WONDERFUL with kids ❤️ she kept our kids busy with all day long with bingos, aerobics, beach volleyball and all other kidds activities ❤️ Thank you Alexandra for being so sweet we will definitely miss you!

Typical time share with pressure.
Poor. If you are not a member you have little or no ability to make dinner reservations. I watched many vacant tables at the Japanese restaurant early but could not book a time earlier than 9pm. Chicken was substituted for seafood and the food prep changed daily. One day a meal was presented one way and the next day it was totally different. Definitely think twice about a stay at Solaris!

Outstanding Food and Exceptional Service
The food was excellent, but the service was even better! Juan went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and our server, Lily, was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The flavors were fresh, portions generous, and the ambiance perfect for a great dining experience. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the top-notch service!
